· Assist other drilling operation staff in conducting tender
for material and service procurement including ITT preparation, tender
evaluation and process of formality

· Assist other drilling operation staff in preparing drilling
program and various drilling procedure for each well drilling

· Review (or prepare if needed) technical report including
unplanned events and lessons learnt received from well site and make
sure file in order at onshore base for further reference in future

· Assist in preparing final drilling report to wrap up the
result of each well

· Check drilling related invoice and issue payment request or
claim to contractor as needed

· Assist in preparing drilling operation related annual budget
(and AFE) to be submitted to government authority including
presentation materials

Requirements:

· Bachelor degree in related Engineering discipline from reputable

Having at least 7 years of drilling engineering experience either with

Citra Borneo Indah Group adalah sebuah Group perusahaan swasta yang
bergerak di bidang budidaya perkebunan kelapa sawit di Indonesia . Kegiatan utama kami
sekarang adalah penanaman kelapa sawit, pengolahan tandan buah segar (TBS),
pemasaran minyak sawit mentah (CPO) dan inti sawit (PK), serta memegang
investasi. Saat ini kami sedang membutuhkan

1. Secretary (Permanent)
Persyaratan :
- Female
- Usia 25 – 35 tahun.
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di posisi yang
sama.
- Mahir dalam penggunaan komputer
- Mempunyai kemampuan menganalisa (Analytical skill) yang
baik
- Mempunyai kemampuan dalam pemecahan masalah (problem
solving skill)
- Mempunyai kemampuan interpersonal yang baik (Good
interpersonal skill)
- Mahir dalam bahasa Inggris (lisan/tulisan) .
- Mempunyai pengetahuan luas tentang administrasi kantor

2. Accounting & Tax Staff (Permanent)
Persyaratan :
- Lulusan D3 /S1 (Jurusan Akuntansi / Perpajakan)
- Fresh graduated / berpengalaman
- Menguasai program MS.Office atau software
akuntansi terkait
- Jujur, pekerja keras, teliti, komunikatif, dan
bertanggungjawab
- Dapat bekerja sama dalam tim.

3. Perawat (Permanent)

Persyaratan :
- D3 / S1 Perawat

Pengetahuan yang baik tentang K3 / HSE, sebaiknya Memiliki Sertifikasi Hiperkes
- Ditempatkan di Kalimantan Tengah
4. Asisten Perkebunan (Permanent)
Persyaratan :

- Pendidikan minimal D3 Agronomi
- Bersedia ditempatkan di site (Kalimantan Tengah)
- Lebih disukai yang telah berpengalaman menjadi asisten di perkebunan minimal 3 tahun Tegas
- Memiliki Sifat Kepemimpinan yang tinggi

5. Manager Kebun (Permanent)

Persyaratan :
- Pendidikan terakhir S1 Pertanian
- Pria berusia min. 35 tahun dengan tingkat kedewasaan yang baik

- Diutamakan yang berpengalaman sebagai Manager Kebun min. 3 tahun
- Memiliki wawasan dan pola pikir luas serta sikap diri yang tegas
- Memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan
- Memiliki kemampuan melakukan perencanaan, pengaturan dan pengawasan kerja

2. Accounting
Kualifikasi :

6) Pendidikan minimal DIII Akuntansi dan diutamakan fresh graduate.

3. Account Executive
Kualifikasi :

1. MIKRO ACCOUNT OFFICER DEVEOPMENT PROGRAM (MODP)
Program untuk mencetak calon-calon pemimpin muda masa depan di Bank Mega Syariah,di segmen Bisnis Mikro.
Lulusan Mikro – AODP akan menjadi ujung tombak bisnis Mikro, memahami proses perbankan syariah baik dalam aspek
bisnis dan aspek pembiayaan lainnya. Bersedia menjalani ikatan dinas selama 2 tahun.

2 . ACCOUNT OFFICER (AO)
Account Officer merupakan ujung tombak bisnis Mikro yang melakukan pencarian nasabah dan memberikan masukan dan saran kepada nasabah atas penggunaan pembiayaan.
Penempatan sesuai dengan daerah domisili (JABODETABEK, JABAR, JATIM, JATENG, NTB, SUMATRA, SULAWESI DAN KALIMANTAN)

3. ACCOUNT OFFICER CORPORATE (AO-CORP)
Membuat dan memastikan strategi account management dijalankan sesuai dengan yang digariskan, memastikan pengikatan Perjanjian Kerjasama dan Pengikatan Jaminan dilakukan secara sempurna, memastikan bahwa seluruh dokumen pembiayaan (MUP, Memo Approval, Memo Internal, LKN dsb) telah diadministrasikan dengan baik, membuat persiapan ‘account planning’ seiring dengan perkembangan usaha nasabah yang dapat meningkatkan kontribusi nasabah bagi BSMI.
Diutamakan mempunyai pengalaman min 2 tahun sebagai AO corporate di perbankan.

4. DISTRIC RISK CONTROL OFFICER (DRCO)
Melakukan pembinaan yang menyeluruh terhadap unit-unit di bawah koordinasinya, sehingga unit di distrik tersebut memiliki pemahaman yang benar terhadap kebijakan pembiayaan M2S yang berlaku dan memastikan unit telah melakukan proses pemberian pembiayaan sesuai dengan kebijakan pembiayaan M2S serta membuat validasi awal apabila terdapat indikasi fraud di unit/distrik M2S. Min 5 Tahun (Kredit Mikro) sebagai credit officer atau internal control officer.


5. RECOVERY LITIGATION OFFICER (RLO)
Membuat konsep, melakukan revisi, menyiapkan dokumen, memberikan legal opini dan legal advise untuk kelancaran operasional perseroan dari aspek legal.Pengalaman di perusahaan atau konsultan hokum, dan di utamakan memiliki sertifikatsi sebagai advocate, penempatan Di Surabaya, Bandung serta Semarang

6. DISTRIC INTERNAL CONTROL OFFICER (DICO)
Memastikan tidak terjadi penyimpangan dalam proses operasional diseluruh unit dan mengantisipasi adanya Fraud.
Melakukan sosialisasi ke seluruh unit dibawah koordinasinya untuk "Prosedur Operasional" , memastikan terselenggaranya dengan baik hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan proses operasional. Pengalaman sebagai Operation Officer di perbankan min 3 tahun.



Kualifikasi Umum:
a. Pria/ Wanita, usia maks. 35 tahun
b. Pendidikan min. D3/S1 any major (S1 hukum untuk RLO, dan min S1 untuk AODP)
c. Memiliki pengalaman di industri perbankan atau di leasing
