POSITION SUMMARY:

• Review incoming expense report and completeness of required
supporting documents to be comply with the procedure
• Analyze the expense report to ensure correct accounting treatment
• Initiate payment process (IDR and USD) by entering expense report
for payment and create clearing journal for fully settled advance

• Prepare and create journal entry related to other employee benefit
• Register to the system for new employee and changes data for current employee

2. Working closely with business unit as necessary to ensure expense

3. Managing respective people and organization

4. Managing EHS function in the respective department

5. Managing relevant administration and report
• Managing relevant reporting and administration work based on the

RESOURCES ECONOMIST (RE)

The primary job function of this position is to provide technical
analyses to guide CI-Indonesia’s programmatic strategies, and to
support efforts to incorporate the value of nature in development

For project sites, the Resource Economist directs valuation studies
assessing cash and non-cash contributions of natural capital to the
local and regional economy (e.g., non timber forest products, water
flows, pollination, cultural services), as well as assessments of the
scope for payment for ecosystem services.

The position also leads analyses of distribution and tradeoffs, and
may support broader economic analysis (e.g., sectoral assessments,
profitability of extractive or sustainable enterprises, etc.) where
appropriate.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Resource Economist is responsible for working within a broader
team to incorporating analyses into strategy design, including
prioritization of interventions, innovative market solutions,
frameworks for demonstrating local livelihood improvement in priority
areas.
Economic analysis including feasibility studies, natural resource
valuation, cost benefit analysis between “business as usual”
development and alternative land uses that take into account ecosystem

Responsibilities:

• To determine the work activities and priorities of the engineering groups.
• To ensure the completion of projects on time and within budget and
to the required standard of quality, meeting the needs of both the
company and clients.
• To provide competent and professional short and long term planning
functions to ensure the targets set by the projects are met on time.
• To manage the operations of the mine planning, general engineering,
costing and environmental department.

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in mining engineer.
• Minimum 8 years experience as senior engineer in hard
rock/metalliferous/iron ore/quarry operation project.
• Experience in mine design concepts and operations in mining,
scheduling and planning.
• Has knowledge and familiar with Mincom, Micro Mine, Sur pac, Map
info, Auto cad.
• Understanding Drill and blasting activities, cost control system,
explosive usage and procedures, AMI codes standards and RTKPL
Procedures.
• Good communication skill: written & Verbal in English and Indonesian.
• Preferably held a “POM” Mining Indonesia competency certificate.

3. Mining Superintendent - Hard Rock / Metalliferous / Iron ore Mining/Nickel

Responsibilities:
• Handle technical support to the operation.
• Monitor equipment performance.
• Maintain high safety standard and safe work practice all the times.
• To participate in producing and delivering to the required standard
blend and quality on time and to budget.
• Review daily production and ensure compliance with mine planning.

Requirements:
• Recognized mining engineering qualifications.
• Minimum 7 years experience in large open cut mining and or similar role.
• A working knowledge of surface and minescape mine planning software
will be advantage.
• Proven experience up to supervisory/superintendent level with mining
contractors.
• Experienced in subcontractor management, cost and staff management.
• Good communication skill: written & Verbal in English and Indonesian.
• Preferably held a “POM” Mining Indonesia competency certificate.
• Be efficient, honest, team player, with analytical skills, attention

project quality and processing plan which guides the mining operation
in alignment with the clients mineral requirements. Paramount in this
is the profitability of the mining operation.

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Geology Engineer.
• Minimum 3 year experience in hard rock/metalliferous/iron ore/quarry
operation.
• Knowledge and understanding of clients, consultants, suppliers &
subcontractors.
• Good communication skills, written‐verbal, both English and Bahasa.
• Ready worked in remote area.

7. Surveyor – Hard Rock / Metalliferous / Iron ore Mining/Nickel

Responsibilities:

• To co-ordinate and supervise all activities technical in coal and

production targets with high standard performance.

• Communicate openly and honestly at all times.

Requirements:
• Senior High school degree.
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar role.
• Understanding utilization all equipment and productivity.
• Preferable is good communication skills in English.
• Ability to operate most of type of Mining equipment.
• Ready worked in remote area.

9. Safety Officer – Hard Rock / Metalliferous / Iron ore Mining/Nickel

Responsibilities:
• Provide HS&E management information, advice and assistance to all
staff to ensure safe, healthy and accident free work environments and
the compliance with the company HS&E policy and procedures.
• Remain all elements of OHS&E (including project elements) to improve
safety performance.
• Actively contribute to a positive teamwork environment at all times.
• Communicate openly and honestly at all times.

Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma degree (D3) in Occupation Health, Safety and
Environmental qualification.
• Minimum five (3) years experiences in similar roles in Hard Rock /

• AK3 (ahli K3) will be preferable.

• To evaluate ore analysis result.
• To undertake geological interpretation.
• To undertake Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves review, evaluation
and assessment.

Requirements:
• Geologist with minimum 10 (ten) years experience in Hard Rock /
Metalliferous / Iron ore Mining/Nickel mining exploration, engineering
and consulting.
• Minimum Bachelor Degree, in Geology.
• Capable to operate computerize geological model software.
• Good communication and presentation skills including report writing
- Good English is essential.

11. Geologist Modeling - Hard Rock / Metalliferous / Iron ore Mining/Nickel

Responsibilities:
• Prepare geological model and interpretation.
• Geological model review, check and validation.
• Prepare quality modeling and geo statistic.
• Prepare Geological model output such contour, sections etc.
• Prepare resources estimation and report.

Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Geology engineer.
• Geologist with three until five (3-5) years experience in hard
rock/metalliferous/iron ore/quarry exploration (drillings and mapping
activity), engineering and consulting.
• Capable to operate Map Info, Arc View, Auto Cad, Mine Comp, Sur Pac,
Micro Mine, Data Mine etc.
• Preferably posses a “POP” Mining Indonesia competency certificate.
• Highly skill in geological interpretation and resources estimation.
• Understand resources reporting standards.
• Excellent understanding in exploration database validation.
• Willing to work extended hours to meet deadlines.
• Good communication and presentation skills including report writing
