Position:                       Logistics Assistant (Storekeeper and Tally)
Grade                             SC4
Contract Type:            Special Service Agreement/Service Contract
Duration        6 months with possibility for extension
Duty Station:                Kupang, Indonesia

Accountabilities:
Within delegated authority, the Logistics Assistant will be responsible for the following duties:
·         Receive all WFP food and non-food items; and report on the quality, quantity of the received commodities and ensure that document match with amount received and endorse the documents;
·         Prepare storage layout based on the expected consignment and follow up tracking of the commodities in pipeline;
·         Supervise loading, unloading process and arrange stacking of commodities in the warehouse ;
·         Control incoming goods (food & non-food items) by such methods as physical counts, random weight checks, rejection of any spoiled commodity, reconditioning of underweight bags, check the condition of transport used, etc;
·         Maintain records and/or ensure that assistants assigned to the various stores keep records of the foodstuff offloaded/loaded at the warehouses, adhering to the WFP systems;
·         Ensure that the flow of the commodities based on the FIFO system, monitor and report stored commodity’s shelf-life;
·         Closely monitor on the condition of the goods stored and report it periodically in written; update hygrometer record and report it on monthly basis;
·         Ensure the hygiene and pest-free storing condition, apply good warehouse practices;
·         Liaise with transporter and/or cooperating partner on the distribution and/or delivery process, prepare and/or review  distribution planning, ensure the vehicle arrangement based on the needed and report on the progress of commodities uplift;
·         Follow up and monitor the delivery and/or distribution progress, conduct joint monitoring with counterparts and programme colleagues;
·         Make periodic physical inventor checks;
·         Assist spring and fumigation process;
·         Provide overall supervision and training to other storekeepers and casual labour;
·         Supervise and check the report conducted by securities; and
·         Perform other related duties as required

Qualifications and Experiences:
Education: Secondary school education
Experience: At least four years of progressively responsible support experience including at least one year in the field of transport, administration, accounting, statistics or another related field.
Knowledge: Experience utilizing computers, including word processing, spreadsheet and other software packages.
Language:   Fluency in both oral and written English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Desirable skill: Experience and/or knowledge in WFP’s Commodity Tracking System (COMPAS) would be advantage.

THE POST: REGIONAL ONLINE COORDINATOR

Position Summary
The role’s major responsibility is to drive the regional lead generation and conversion programs in order to generate 10% of new regular donors in 2015 and 20% in 2016 from online and Telefundraising.
As Greenpeace has a policy of not soliciting funds from corporations or governments, we are reliant on the support of individuals for all the funds to carry out our environmental campaigns.

The Fundraising Department’s goal is:

Ensure GPSEA’s steady growth and sustainability to enable the organization to fulfill its responsibilities as a Powershift office.

Specifically our goals are to:
·                     Ensure steady growth in FR income
·                     Improve supporter retention
·                     Consolidate existing resources, optimize efficiencies to maximize savings and reduce wastage in total expenditures
·                     Develop and implement nimble monitoring and rolling forecasting tools,
·                     Explore growth potential i.e. FR in new markets/countries in the region

The Regional Online Coordinator position is a new position that will support the fast growing and changing needs from the Greenpeace Southeast Asia regional office.
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           
The Regional Online Coordinator is responsible for managing all online supporter acquisition programs and generating the leads for Telemarketing conversion for Greenpeace Southeast Asia. This includes:
  • Responsible for the lead generation of paid and qualified leads for Greenpeace using a variety of acquisition channels and methods: paid list, standalone FR campaigns, online advertising, emailing, social media, SMS or any other digital approach.
  • Responsible for the lead conversion through online channels using the most appropriate pathways, channels and tools
  • Facilitate the lead conversion by phone, working closely with National TM coordinators and Regional Retention and Development coordinator
  • Ensuring that all resources are used as efficiently as possible and income opportunities are maximised.

The post will require travel across the region in order to form relationships with the fundraising offices and staff and to understand firsthand the issues that each office faces.


Key Duties

  1. Strategy 
·         Support DFRD in developing Online strategy for lead acquisition & conversion: initial recommendation & inputs on proposal
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             
  1. Planning & preparation for implementation

·         Responsible of the planning and preparation for the implementation of online strategy for lead acquisition & conversion and telemarketing (withRegional Retention and Development coordinator) strategy for lead generation
·         Develop local operational plans – staff capacity,  timeline for implementation
·         Recruit, negotiate and develop a relationship and cooperation with suppliers and agencies
·         Benchmark for implementation of testing programs.
·         Diversify donor acquisition methods, facilitate the testing and roll out of new acquisition methods including:  telemarketing programs (with Regional Retention and Development coordinator), online acquisition, e-mail marketing, social media, through diversification of audiences
·         Brief  and coordinate with local coordinators for implementation of programs and testing
·         Definition of the pathways, Segmentation
·         Define the tools and methods for implementation
·         Develop concept for creative materials

  1. Budget Management
·         Create and manage the overall yearly income and expenditure budgets for the lead acquisition and conversion programs
·         Ensure that income and expenditure are monitored regularly and variances with ODP are reported

·         Brief, support, approve and follow-up the implementation plan with local fundraising teams: online, supporter relationship and TM coordinators, under the supervision of the country fundraising manager
·         Work alongside and act as adviser and consultant to Country Fundraising Managers and Fundraising Program Coordinators

  1. Reporting
·         Prepare monthly reporting review to demonstrate achievement & progress of implemented programs
·         Assist the DFRD as required with the regular financial reporting and budget control for Online & TFR

  1. Plan adjustments
·         Suggest insights for adjustments when the plan implemented does not meet the target
·         Responsible of the implementation of defined adjustments

  1. Innovation
·         Support the DFRD to develop and promote a culture of innovation in the GPSEA fundraising team

  1. Other duties as directed
·         From time to time in order to meet organizational and fundraising priorities you will be required to perform other duties as directed by the Fundraising Director or  Deputy Fundraising Director




QUALIFICATIONS
·         Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or digital project management or minimum of 5 years of equivalent industry experience.
·         At least 5 years solid experience working in Digital marketing or fundraising, with a proved track record of managing acquisition marketing campaigns
·         Experience in the acquisition of supporters/customers, preferably for charitable fundraising purposes
·         Experience in the acquisition of supporters/customers using a variety of media with particular experience in the use of new media
·         At least 5 years’ experience in budget management

WORKING HOURS
Normal hours of work for full time Employee will be forty (40) per week or (5) days in a week, at 8 hours per day excluding an hour lunch break. This will be from Monday to Friday, between the hours of 9:00 am to 6: 00 pm. Ordinary hours of work may be varied as agreed between staff and the line managers.

LEAVE
A permanent employee will be entitled to the following leaves:
Annual Leave: 20 days
Parental Leave:  As per labor laws and Greenpeace policy
Sabbatical leave: 2 months paid leave after 5 years of continuous service
            Compassionate leave: maximum of 5 days for the death of significant others

SALARY
In determining salary offer for this position, Greenpeace applies its Salary Grading Process, taking into consideration the job description and applicant’s previous experience, and the organization’s salary grade.
