kantor kami, TNS, yang bergerak di bidang market research (www.tnsglobal.com) saat ini membutuhkan beberapa posisi sbb:
1. Research Executive (RE)
- Holds minimum Bachelor Degree from well recognized International or Indonesian University, majoring Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, Science, Business Management, or Business related subjects, with 1 year experience in a Market Research agency or Research Projects would be preferable. However, fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Proficient command of English in both verbal and written
- Computer literate, especially in projects/statistics related applications.
- Self-driven, energetic, and is willing to put extra efforts at work with high achievement and result orientation
- High analytical thinking and sound presentation skills

2. Research Executive – Qualitative (RE-Q)
- Holds minimum Bachelor Degree from well recognized International or Indonesian University, majoring Psychology, Business Management, Social Sciences (e.g. Sociology, Anthropology), English Literature, or Business related subjects. With 1 – 2 years experience in a Marketing Research agency or Research Projects. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Proficient command of English in both verbal and written
- Computer literate, especially in projects/statistics related applications and power point presentation
- Outstanding communication skills and enjoy people
- High mobility and willing to travel
- Able to handle pressure of tight deadlines
- High conceptual thinking and able to identify patterns or connections between situations that are not obviously related.
- Able to identify key or underlying issues in a complex discussion using creative conceptual or inductive reasoning

3. Service Support Engineer (SSE)
- Experience providing service support (min. 3 years) within the following environment:
a. Good understanding of basic active directory & server permissions and authentication.
b. Good understanding of Windows XP and other Windows OS.
c. Good internet / intranet understanding.
d. Good knowledge of NTFS permissions.
e. Understanding of Mail Exchange service management using ADUC & other related tools.
f. Understanding of core AD technologies like DNS.
g. Understanding of network technologies, ability to troubleshoot basic network issues.
h. Desire to learn new skills & aiming for certification in the next 2 years.
i. Able to demonstrate an ability to work effectively with all levels of the business.
j. Able to work to SLAs.
k. Excellent customer/client facing skills.
l. Basic understanding of ITIL process and procedures is much preferable.

- Builds great relationships with Stakeholders and clients.
- Has a good communication skill (both written and verbal).
- Is able to prioritize workload effectively.
- Is able to handle difficult situations.
- Understands the challenges of working in the region (different cultures, different languages, & sometimes to work unsociable hours).
- Shows a real commitment to delivering the highest standard and quality of service at all times.
- Shares knowledge and skill through coaching others.

4. Finance Executive (FIN)
- Holds minimum Bachelor Degree from well recognized International or Indonesian University, majoring in accounting with minimum GPA 3.0.
- 1 – 2 years experience in Finance and fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Excellent proficiency in using spread-sheet (advanced Ms. Excel) and financial tools (Accpac, etc) is an added advantage
- Hold Tax Brevet Certification (brevet A & B) would be an advantages
- Meticulous, persistence and strong attention to details
- Sufficient English ability in both verbal and written
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Accurate and well-organized, able to work under minimum supervision, and handle pressure
- Self-driven, energetic, and is willing to put extra efforts at work with high achievement and result orientation

5. HR Operations (HRO)
- Male/ or female, age between 28 – 35 years old
- 3-5 years experience in HR, preferably in operations or productions
- A university degree (S1) in Psychology, Law, Economic/ Management or other relevant major.
- Have exposure in industrial relation area, will be preferable
- Excellent communication skills and is able to adapt and mingle with people across all levels (high adaptability)
- Excellent in English, both verbal and written

6. HR Coordinator (HRC)
- Male or female age between 23 – 27 years old
- A university degree (S1) in Psychology, Law, Economic/Management or other relevant major.
- Fresh to 2 years of progressive experience in handling human resources activities in a corporation/company from sectors such as manufacturing, FMCG, banking and service environment, with particular experience in handling recruitment process for difficult position will be an EXTRA.
- An exposure in industrial relation area and understanding of Indonesia legal law and immigration formalities will be an added value
- Conversant in English communication (minimum in conversation)
- Computer literate, sound knowledge and skill on MS Office MS Word, Excel, Power Point are two main skills required, outlook and information seeking through internet.
- Exposure in handling HR information system in web/oracle-based and employees database will be a preferable
- Self-driven, energetic, and is willing to put extra efforts at work with high achievement and result orientation
- High analytical thinking and is able to conceptualize innovative ideas and thoughts aligning it with people/employee’s aspirations and organization interest.
- Sound administration skills and good ability to organize and coordinate events, training programs, workshops and others.
- Willing to work in an under pressure condition and very tight deadline and a stretched working hour
- Is detailed, meticulous and organized
