Helen Keller International (HKI) adalah lembaga non-profit yang bergerak di bidang gizi, kesehatan mata, dan pendidikan bagi anak berkebutuhan khusus. Berkantor pusat di New York City, HKI menjalankan programnya di 22 negara di  Afrika, Asia, dan Amerika.Sejak tahun 1975, HKI telah bekerjasama dengan Pemerintah Indonesia dalam memerangi malnutrisi, serta penyebab dan dampak kebutaan. HKI juga telah menyelenggarakan beberapa program yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan layanan pendidikan bagi anak berkebutuhan khusus, melalui pengembangan pendidikan inklusi di beberapa Provinsi di Indonesia

 

Untuk program pendidikan inklusif, HKI membutuhkan 3 orang yang bertugas sebagai Pengumpul Data Sekolah (Data Collector) dan Data Entry  Periode kontrak  maksimal 30 hari kerja

 

Kualifikasi:

• Memiliki ijazah D3 atau S1;
• Berpengalaman setidaknya satu tahun dalam bidang pengumpulan data;
• Familiar dengan lingkungan sekolah;
• Sangat diutamakan menguasai keterampilan berbicara di depan umum, diplomasi, dan komunikasi interpersonal;
• Memiliki kemampuan administrasi dan organisasi yang baik;
• Mampu menulis dalam Bahasa Indonesia dengan baik dan benar;
• Suka bekerjasama dalam kelompok yang beragam dengan banyak mitra;
• Terbiasa bekerja dengan pengawasan yang minim;

 

 Uraian tugas

1. Melakukan proses pengambilan data sekolah tahun ajaran 2014/2015 dan 2015/2016 ke 120 sekolah dasar peserta pelatihan Manajemen Pendidikan Inklusif di wilayah: Jakarta Pusat, Jakarta Utara, Jakarta Selatan, Jakarta Barat, Jakarta Timur, Kota Bogor, Kab. Bogor, Kota Depok, Kota Tangerang Selatan, Kab. Bekasi
2. Melakukan entry data sekolah yang telah diperoleh ke dalam program yang telah disediakan oleh HKI.

                                3. Melaporkan perkembangan pengumpulan data sekolah kepada Program Manager Pendidikan Inklusif HKI:

STTA - Community Based Climate Change Adaptation Data Entry

Background

DAI seeks STTA - Community Based Climate Change Adaptation Data Entry for a 5-year, $19 million USAID funded “Adaptasi Perubahan Iklim dan Ketangguhan (APIK)” Project. The purpose of APIK is to support the Government of Indonesia to strengthen climate and disaster resilience, working in an integrated manner from the national level down to the community level. APIK will help to mainstream climate change adaptation and disaster risk reduction into national andsubnational governance frameworks, build the capacity of local communities and the private sector to address climate change and weather-related natural hazards, and support the use of information for climate and disaster risk management among key stakeholders.
The location for this position is Jakarta, Indonesia.

Community Based Climate Change Adaptation Data Entry will report to Community Based Climate Change Adaptation Advisor.

Objective

At the subnational level, APIK will work in GOI and USAID priority provinces of Jawa Timur, Sulawesi Tenggara, and Maluku with a landscape approach that links all efforts within each focus province. The selection of place is critical to the success of APIK in fostering socioeconomic, institutional, and landscape resilience at the subnational level.

Based on the selected priority landscapes and city/districts, APIK together with local governments and relevant stakeholders will identify and define the project work areas at community/village level. The first step in identify the project work areas is through secondary data analysis in refer to the Provinsi/Kota/Kabupaten/Kecamatan dalam Angka, and Potensi Desa 2014.

Tasks

To achieve the proposed objective APIK will employ two STTAs with specific task for data entry. APIK has gathered all raw data and will provide a standard template for this task.

Classification

·         Strong knowledge and skill on operating Microsoft Excel is mandatory.

·         Preferable who familiar with BPS data, especially PODES data.
