New Ventures Indonesia was established in 2005 and we are now expanding our activity across Indonesia. In a partnership with EEP and local partners, New Ventures Indonesia is establishing a new presence in Sumatera and Kalimantan. For project support in our project office in south Jakarta, we
are recruiting the following:

1. Coordinator of Projects (2-3 years experience)
2. Management Trainees / Associates (Fresh graduates OK)
3. Business Mentors for SMEs (Experienced Professionals)

1. COORDINATOR OF PROJECTS

Tasks
- Coordinate project events and meetings
- Contribute to project reporting and monitoring
- Provide logistics and admin support for project work
- Consolidate financial information for project budgets and reports
- Some travel is required for this position

Requirements
- S1 degree or equivalent 
- Single Female under 30 years of age (strongly preferred)
- Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia 
- Detail-oriented, organized and with strong time management skills
- Punctual and respectful of clients and colleagues time
- Prepared to work 9:00 AM - 12:30 PM Saturdays
- Friendly and courteous personality

2. MANAGEMENT TRAINEES / ASSOCIATES

Tasks
- Sourcing SME's for participation in capacity building programs
- Developing business proposals and presentations
- Facilitating the conduct of events and business meetings
- Representing the firm in events and business meetings
- Corresponding with and presenting to business partners and clients
- Collecting and analysing data and reporting findings to business partners and clients
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with business partners and clients

Requirements
- S1 degree or equivalent
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
- Single Female under 30 years of age (strongly preferred)
- Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia 
- Detail-oriented, organized and with strong time management skills
- Punctual and respectful of clients and colleagues time

3. BUSINESS MENTORS FOR SMEs

Tasks
- Responsible for executing a wide variety of tasks in consulting projects or development, including workshops, training material development, training tools development (video, simulation, learning process approach, etc)
- Responsible for improving any relevant knowledge or skill to stay updated in the role of a Mentor (including self-learning, searching for information, staying up to date with relevant research etc.)
- Developing product innovation, including training scheme for clients
- Providing mentoring and technical guidance to other mentor or auditors, senior level officers, office staff, sales and marketing staff related to audit method and technical skills
- Assist Project Director in reviewing technical complaints and/or potential problems, investigate and analyse the root causes and propose corrective and preventive measures
- Preparation of reports for Project Director as requested, in a timely manner and other tasks as requested by the Project Director.
- Some travel is required for this position 

Requirements
- Experienced professionals with minimum 10 years of experience
- Prior experience working with an International Consultancy (Preferred)
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia
- S2 degree in business management or other related fields
- Detail-oriented, organized and with strong time management skills
- Punctual and respectful of clients and colleagues time

Business Mentor

Responsibilities

NVI Business Mentors provide business mentoring support to SMEs in Indonesia in the clean and renewable energy sector as well as other environmentally focused sectors. Our mentors also develop and deliver business training
workshops and tools to support business growth. Strong focus is on business improvement, business and strategic planning, action planning and financial management. 

Requirements

Knowledge & Personal characteristics

. As you interface and negotiate with our business partners you will need to be highly articulate and fluent in English and Bahasa;

. You will adopt a hands-on approach to business mentoring;

. We expect you to be a focused and highly motivated person with powerful communication skills;

. Your daily duties will require you to have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, diligent whilst able to work under pressure;

. Must have the knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning ;

. Must be detail-oriented, organized, with good time management skills ;

. We are looking for a mentor with solid people skills, a team player who is mature and responsible, you must be comfortable with motivating yourself and fellow staff as well as client representatives;

. Must be able to work independently without instructions or direct and constant supervision;

. Committed to continuous improvement; and

. Confident and willing to contribute with ideas and recommendations.


Qualification & Competences

. More than 10 years experience in mentoring;

. Prior experience working with an International Consultancy (Preferred);

. Experience in Renewable Energy or Clean Technology (Preferred);

. Good command of English, both written and verbal;

. A Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in business, management, or other related education from a reputable university; and

. Excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint).
