FZS INDONESIA MEMBUKA KESEMPATAN MENJADI VOLUNTEER DALAM TIM ELEPHANT CONSERVATION

AND CONFLICT MITIGATION UNIT

(FEBRUARI – MEI 2015)

FZS adalah lembaga nirlaba yang telah bergiat dalam Program Reintroduksi Orangutan Sumatera di Taman Nasional Bukit Tigapuluh sejak tahun 2001, bertujuan untuk melakukan konservasi alam secara umum dan konservasi orangutan secara khusus.

Sebagai volunteer dalam Tim ECCMU, sebagian besar waktu Anda akan dihabiskan di kantor Jambi dan sisanya di lapangan (areal perkebunan, semak belukar, dan hutan di sekitar lanskap Taman Nasional Bukit Tigapuluh, Kabupaten Tebo, Jambi)

Durasi Menjadi Volunteer: minimal 3 bulan

Mulai Menjadi Volunteer: 15 Februari 2015

Persyaratan:

·         Berusia lebih dari 17 tahun

·         Menyukai alam dan satwa liar serta senang bekerja bersama masyarakat desa

·         Kreatif untuk mengembangkan edukasi dan penyadartahuan untuk masyarakat

·         Memahami isu-isu konservasi yang saat ini berkembang

·         Lebih disukai jika memiliki kemampuan dalam membuat materi untuk edukasi, desain poster (Photoshop/Corel)

Tunjangan dan Kesempatan:

·         Penggantian biaya transportasi (maksimal 1 juta pp)

·         Uang saku

·         Kesempatan terlibat langsung dalam usaha konservasi satwa liar

·  Business & Management– Small Business Adviser, National Volunteering Managers, Disaster Management experts with climate change background, agribusiness and market specialist
· Health– Health Managers, Ob-Gyn, Speech/Language Therapists, Pediatrician, Midwives, Hospital Managers
· Education– Primary Education with Leadership/Head Teacher experience ,
education management, 
· Natural Resources- Natural Resource management, Climate Change experts
· IT experts– hardware and software skills (trainer experience)

Kriteria untuk Relawan Antar-Pulau:
 ·   Penduduk Indonesia
·    Usia 25-65 tahun
·    Ijazah Universitas
·    Minimum 3 tahun pengalaman kerja
·    Bersedia untuk tinggal di daerah tertinggal di Indonesia selama 1 tahun
·    Dapat hidup dengan uang tunjangan hidup seadanya 

Criteria for International Volunteers:
Same as above, with additional requirements;
·   Minimum 3 years solid experience in Education (management, training, curriculum development) , Nurses teachers, Obs and Gyn, Pediatricians, Surgeons, Health managers, Midwives, IT specialists, and Volunteer managers
·   Fluent in English (written and oral) and willing to learn other languages
·   Can live and work in developing country for up to 2 years
·   Able to go abroad in 2013
