Community Empowerment Officer - Flores Timur
Code: (CEO-Flores Timur)


The person is responsible :
* To facilitate groups of community.
* Interact with groups of community as an effort to develop community capacity.
* Developing strategic plan program on community empowerment.
* Analyst on how to strengthening groups of community in management and utilize human resource.


Candidates should have :
* Minimum Bachelor Degree (S-1) majoring in social knowledge, fisheries and Marine or any related field.
* At least three (3) years of experiences in community empowerment.
* Experience in collaboration, facilitator, perform social analysis, and had participate with appraisal rural.
* Excellent communication skill in English and Indonesian.
* Willing to work in field especially in rural area.
