PT. Pratama Abadi Industri was established at 1989 in Serpong, Tangerang as a PMA company. We are an established sport shoes manufacturing company, located in Serpong (Tangerang) is seeking highly motivated candidates to fill the following position


1. People Development (PD)
General requirement:

Having degree as Psychologist
Having experience min 1 year, but fresh graduate are welcome to apply as long as has depth knowledge about people development
Familiar and has depth knowledge in psychological assessment tools
Able to conduct training (hard & soft skill)
Having strong initiative, able to work with team and under pressure
Creative and innovative
Good communication and interpersonal skill
Good command in English, both written and spoken
Computer literate (Microsoft Office)

2. Organizational Development (OD)
General requirement:

Having min. 3 years experience in Organizational Development or Human Resources (manufacturing preferred)
Min. Degree with GPA min 3.00, majoring in Industrial Engineering, Management or Psychology ( Master degree preferred)
Familiar and has depth knowledge in Performance Management, Career Development, Job Analysis, Organizational Designing and Man Power Planning
Having a strong sense in analytical and logical thinking
Creative and innovative
Able to work underpresure
Good communication and interpersonal skill
Good command in English, both written and spoken
Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
