Offshore Installation Manager (OIM)

Manage the Pangkah Offshore Production facilities, both personnel and
the production processing facilities in achieving operational
excellence according to standards.

Engineering degree ,15+ years offshore facility operations experience
with 5+ years of leading a team of multi-skilled personnel; preferably
in a senior position. Prior OIM, projects and/or offshore
commissioning or subsea and marine logistics experience are desirable.
Experience of SIMOP, budgeting and well intervention experience.
Commercial experience and awareness, able to directly liase with
Government official.

Integrity & Reliability Team Lead

Lead a team of multi discipline experts to manage and improve the
Integrity and Reliability of a growing facility.

Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical, Mechanical or Petroleum
Engineering with minimum of 15 years relevant experience of which 5
should have been in a senior leadership role. Preference will be
given to candidates who have previous Exploration and Production
experience.

Facilities Engineering Team Lead

Lead a team of multi discipline experts that are charged with
providing engineering support to a growing facility.

Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical, Mechanical or Petroleum
Engineering. The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years relevant
experience of which 5 should have been in a senior leadership role.
Preference will be given to candidates who have previous Exploration
and Production experience.

Instrument Engineer

Provide instrument engineer support to a growing offshore and onshore
Production Operation.

Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical, Mechanical or Petroleum
Engineering with min of 12 years experience in a similar role.
Innovative and flexible approach to problem solving, coupled with a
strong knowledge of instrumentation design, operation and maintenance.
Knowledge of metering systems would be an advantage.. Experience in
Exploration and Production is preferred.

Shutdown Planner

Provide advice and support on shutdown and turnaround planning to
maximize the offshore and onshore operations’ efficiency. Note that
this is not a maintenance planning role, shutdown planning experience
is essential.

Engineering degree (preferred) or Technical diploma (considered) major
in Industrial, Instrumentation , Mechanical, Electrical engineering.
Minimum of 10 years experience in shutdown and turnaround planning,
Knowledge of gas plant and offshore operations desired.

Pipeline/Corrosion Engineer

Serve as a hands-on technical advisor providing specialized
engineering assistance for activities relating to all phases of
corrosion management such as; recommend standards, methods, designs
and procedures for specialized chemical & integrity processes.

Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical, Mechanical or Metallurgical
Engineering with minimum 7 years experience in a similar role and will
be expected to exhibit technical competence in areas of risk based
inspection assessments, material specifications, metallurgy, cathodic
protection, coatings and chemical treatment. Have a strong knowledge
of the operation and maintenance of hydrocarbon carrying pipelines.
Familiar with pigging routines and be prepared to plan and lead an
extensive intelligent pigging program.

Facility Engineer

Provide Facility Engineering support to a growing offshore and onshore
Production Operation. Main responsibilities would include; Providing
Facility Engineering assistance and direction to the Operations and
Maintenance teams, Optimizing operation’s performance by implementing
facility improvements, Following international standard’s for facility
design and operation.

Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical, Mechanical or Petroleum
Engineering. The candidate should have 5 – 10 years experience in a
similar role preferably within an Exploration and Production company.

Operations Engineer

Provide engineering support to a growing offshore and onshore
Production Operation. Main responsibilities would include;
optimization of field performance through increased production volumes
and reduced costs, preparation of cost estimates and budgets,
preparing and executing well intervention work.

Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical, Mechanical or Petroleum
Engineering with experience 2–5 years in an oil and gas operation.
Familiar with the basic steps involved with producing and transporting
oil and gas and preferably have some experience of well intervention
operations.

Upgrade Planning Coordinator

To prepare plans for facilities upgrades in conjunction with ongoing
operational needs. Set up the project plan, milestones and integrate
and coordinate with all relevant parties.

University graduate with major degree in Mechanical, Electrical or
Petroleum Engineering, with 5-10 years experience in plant maintenance
within petroleum industry. Must have experience in construction and
project management. Experience in use of SAP and MS Project preferred

Offshore Maintenance Superintendent

Maintenance planning and implementation for all Offshore Pangkah
facilities to maximize uptime and to deliver highest value to
stakeholders without compromise to Safe Operating Principals.

Engineering degree (preferred). +10 years experience in petroleum
industry. Experience in pre-commissioning and commissioning of Oil and
Gas processing plant desirable. Have experience in managing a multi
discipline and multi-tasking maintenance workforce in the Oil and Gas
processing operation. Proficient in maintenance of Gas Turbines and
generators including support packages and ancillary equipment.
Knowledgeable in maintenance requirements of Gas Compressors,
centrifugal and PD pumps, Fin fans, Cranes and associated process and
safety equipment. Capable in terms of the maintenance management of
Oil & Gas Processing Facility.

EHS Offshore Engineer

Involved in all EH&S matters, providing a support function to the
project, operations and engineering team. Promotes the use of
professional EH&S tools, principles and objectives. To provide valid
EHS input to a multi-disciplined team providing operational team and
contractors for offshore Pangkah.

Engineering degree preferred, and experience with safety, processing,
mechanical, and electrical equipment as well as be able to support
teamwork and safety operations. 10 years HS&E experience in petroleum
industry, subsea pipeline and have an experience in a similar EH&S
engineer / advisor role. A broad knowledge of the principle health,
safety and environmental legislative requirements in oil and Gas
offshore Industry. Previous experience in pre-commissioning and
commissioning of Oil and Gas processing plant desirable. Have
experience in managing a multi-tasking and contactors workforce in the
Oil and Gas processing operation.

Offshore Maintenance Planner

Providing Planning and Scheduling services as required by the
Maintenance Superintendent, within a multi-disciplined team providing
operations and maintenance for Pangkah.

Engineering degree (preferred) or Technical diploma (considered) major
in Instrumentation, Mechanical or Electrical engineering. +6 years
experience in petroleum industry. Experience in using computerized
maintenance system and electronic planning application of Oil and Gas
processing plant. Experience in managing a multi discipline and
multi-tasking maintenance workforce in the Oil and Gas processing
operation. Proficient in maintenance SAP PM module super user
experience and developing maintenance contract are desirable.

Metering Technician

To ensure good and smooth operability and maintainability of all
custody metering systems.

Technical Diploma with 8 years relevant experience, or 5 years for
Bachelor Degree holder. Familiar and qualified to perform flow
measurement calculations, has very good hands-on knowledge on flow
meters (orifice, turbine, ultrasonic), flow computer, gas
chromatograph, prover, recorder, etc. Understand how volume is
calculated based on API MPMS, AGA, and ISO.

Lab Technician

Ensure compliance with Operating Principals, EHS requirements and
initiatives, and all procedures requirements, Ensure appropriate risk
assessments are carried out for lab operation activities, with
particular attention to recognizing the impact of change, Carry out
sampling and analysis as required and schedule.

Chemistry graduated (D3 or S-1) with more than 5 years experience in
Oil, Gas and Water Laboratory. Having good knowledge on some Lab
equipments such as Gas Chromatography , UV Spectrophotometer, TOG
Infrared, X-Ray and Natgas/Crude Oil / LPG Analyzer. Familiar with
ISO 17025 system and EHS policy of Oil & Gas Plant.

Production Operator

Control and monitor platform production operations to meet daily
production targets whilst complying with company guidelines and legal
requirements.

Technical diploma (Preferred) major in engineering. Minimum 6 years
experience in oil and gas industry. Knowledgeable of WHP/CPP/AUP
process facilities. Ability to conduct Operations Process upset –
Trouble Shooting, familiar to operate DCS system, production
optimization. Preparing Safe working place for maintenance and
contractors. Understand reservoir and able to demonstrate well test.
Experience drilling SIMOP and work-over activities.

Mechanical/Electric al/Instrument Technician

Following directions from the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure that
operating parameters for mechanical/electric al/instrument equipment
are met.

Technical diploma (Preferred) major in Engineering. Minimum 5 years
experience in petroleum industry or 10 years other relevant
experience. Good hands on experience with a variety of
mechanical/electric al/instrumentati on equipments, Knowledgeable of WHP
/CPP/AUP production facilities, familiar with risk assessment and
Hazardous Areas Classifications and its installations.

• Understanding of marine operations of working vessels, such as

• Experience in the use and auditing of Safety Management Systems as

Drilling Rig Supervisor

General Summary

Undertakes all responsibility of drilling and workover operations
representing KJO and working onboard drilling rig on a 24 hours a day
and 2 weeks rotation basis. Directs and supervises drilling service
contractors. Frequently communicates with onshore base and regularly
reports operational progress and status. Controls drilling materials,
supplies and service contractors' arrangement.

1. Directs and controls drilling and workover operations, rig
move, service M/V activities and emergency responses on board drilling
rig on a 24 hours a day basis. Frequently communicates with onshore
base. Instructs and supervises drilling services provided by
contractors. Inspects and checks drilling rig, equipment, material
stock, and work performance of onboard crew, and instructs service
contractors repair and maintenance activities on the rig.

2. Reviews and checks drilling and workover programmes. Ensures
procurement of services and material supplies in accordance with
approved operation programmes. Provides drilling service contractor
with detailed operational procedures and requirements at every step of
drilling and workover operations. Requests and instructs to onshore
base for logistic supporting activities. Ensures that all activities
are carried out in accordance with the Company's safety policies and
procedures.

3. Prepares and delivers daily drilling and workover operation
report including various drilling parameters, material supply and
consumption, costs, and other associated information.

4. Ensures that Contractor maintains the rig and their equipment
at maximum efficiency minimizing down-time and the KJO's materials and
equipment are properly utilized, handled and stored.

PHYSICAL EFFORT & WORK ENVIRONMENT

Works at drilling rig on 24-hours a day, 7-days a week and 4 weeks
rotation basis. Spends 50% of time walking and standing.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

A. B.Sc. in Petroleum Engineering or equivalent.

B. 15 years experience in drilling activities in the oil industry.

C. Very good knowledge of English.

D. Basic knowledge and skills of PC operations

Material Engineer, Materials and Supply

Vacancy for: 4 People

General Summary

Prepares and proposes material supply and services procurement plans.
Initiates and proposes standardized material supply and logistic
supporting work flow. Evaluates and optimizes material stock
inventory, supply and procurement processes. Investigates and proposes
specifications and qualitative requirements of materials and services.
Inspects and reviews drilling shop and maintenance activities.

1. Coordinating with drilling operation team and other Departments
and contractors, estimates requirements and prepares plans for
material supply and services procurement in accordance with the KJO's
long range exploration and development programmes. Reviews, inspects
and proposes requirements and specifications of materials/supplies,
equipment and logistic services for drilling operations.

2. Establishes and instructs standardized material supply and
logistic supporting work flow and processes. Collects information and
performs market survey and industry trend analyses for drilling
materials and services procurement. Keeps records and analyses
statistical data on material procurement, supply/consumption and
stock. Performs cost analyses, and optimizes material stock inventory.
Prepares reports related to material supply and services procurement.

3. Assists supervisor in preparation of activity plan and budgets
controls for his Group. Assists supervisor in reviewing supply
tenders/contracts under Materials Department's control. Maintains
close communication with Material Department and material supply
contractors. Evaluates service contractors' performance.

PHYSICAL EFFORT & WORK ENVIRONMENT

Normally air conditioned environment, but occasionally operational environment.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

A. B.Sc. in Petroleum Engineering or B.A. in material
administration/ management or equivalent.

B. 10 Years experience in drilling engineering and/or material
supply management in the oil industry.

C. Very good knowledge of English.

D. Knowledge of PC operations.

INDEPENDENCE OF OPERATIONS

Works in accordance with established plans, policies and professional
standards. Plans and programs are discussed with supervisor and
completed work is reviewed and approved.

2. Coordination
with engineering / construction / procurement to establish the technical and
commercial clarification with subcontractor in pre-awarded stage.

3. Commercial
evaluation to the proposed quotation and recommend the potential bidder who
offer the most competitive in commercial terms whereas engineering and
construction acceptable.

4. Prepare
LOI and contract to the successful bidder under specified scope of supply,
project schedule, manpower planning, and other commercial terms and condition.

5. Arrangement
the Kick off meeting between contractor and concerned parties and hand over the
contractor to the construction phase.

6. Prepare
"Contract Award Status Report" (Subcontract Status Report) submitted

ACCOUNT ANALYST

We are currently looking for an Account Analyst to be seconded to one
of our projects in Batam, Indonesia. Project duration is approximately
15-18 months.

POSITION TITLE: ACCOUNT ANALYST

MINIMUM REQUIREMENT IN TERMS OF TRAINING & COMPETENCY:

· Experience in dealing with and understanding contracts
(experience in handling fabrication contracts is a plus)

MAIN FUNCTION:

· Work with contractors to ensure that all necessary data is
collected accurately and on time

· Provide support to Project Accounting Lead

· Prepare cost reports which include forecasts / outlooks

· Assist preparation of cash flows based on information
collected from contractors and anticipated expenditure

· Validate contractors’ invoices/variations / change orders

· Required to comply with the Delegation of Authority Guide
(DOAG) and Controls Integrity Management Systems (CIMS) and the
obligations of both the Gippsland Basin Joint Venture (GBJV) Operating
Agreement and the Kipper Unit Joint Venture (KUJV) Operating
Agreements.

· Responsible for complying with all project financial
controls as set out in the Project Organisation Plan.

· Responsible for identifying any issues within their span of
control, planning and managing their resolution and reporting on issue
resolution status.

· Identify potential project change requests and provide
information and data as required by the Project for change management.

· Review and validate change notices and change proposals and
provide information and data as required by the project for change
management

· Work effectively as part of the Project Teams and with other
groups internal/external to the organization.

A. PERSYARATAN UMUM :

1. WNI laki-laki/ perempuan
2. Sehat jasmani dan rohani untuk melakukan tugas pekerjaan di PT
Semen Tonasa
3. Jurusan / Program studi yan g dilamar harus sesuai dengan latar
belakang pendidikan yang dipersyaratkan
4. Batas usia :

1. S1 kelahiran setelah 31 Desember 1979
2. D3 kelahiran setelah 31 Desember 1984
3. IPK minimum 2,70 (dengan skala 4) untuk S1 dan D3
4. Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh wilayah kerja PT Semen Tonasa

B. KETENTUAN LAIN-LAIN:

1. Pelamarwajib memiliki alamat e-mail yang masih aktif untuk dapat
mengikutiproses seleksi ini. Kami tidak melayani perbaikan/revisi alamat
emailyang salah input oleh pelamar.
2. Aplikasi lamaranhanya dilakukan melalui on-line (klik link di
Registrasi Online). Tidakada jalur lain yang digunakan dalam proses
pengiriman lamaran.
3. Setelahmengisi formulir aplikasi dan mengirimkannya kembali secara
on-line,Pelamar akan mendapat konfirmasi registrasi melalui email.
Konfirmasitersebut berisi nomor registrasi yang akan digunakan selama
prosesseleksi. Anda tidak dapat menerima email konfirmasi registrasi
apabilaalamat e-mail yang Anda input salah dan atau sudah tidak
aktif,sehingga Anda tidak dapat Log in untuk melihat pengumuman
selanjutnya.
4. Pelamar hanya diperkenankan melakukan satu kali registrasi
on-line.
5. Pelamarwajib mengisi aplikasi dengan data/ informasi yang
sebenar-benarnya, karena data ini akan diklarifikasi dengan berkas
aslinya pada saatpelaksanaan verifikasi dokumen.
6. Masa waktu Registrasi on-line adalah 1 s/d 15 Agustus 2009.
7. Aplikasi yang masuk setelah batas akhir registrasi dan/atau tidak
melamar secara on-line, dianggap tidak berlaku.
8. Keputusan hasil seleksi bersifat mutlak dan tidak dapat diganggu
gugat.
9. Pada setiap tahap seleksi, hanya pelamar yang memenuhi persyaratan
yang dihubungi untuk masuk ke tahap seleksi berikutnya.
10. Pengumuman hasil seleksi administrasi dan pelamar yang berhak
mengikuti seleksi selanjutnya dapat dilihat di website
www.ppm-rekrutmen. com <http://www.ppm- rekrutmen. com/> mulai 22 Agustus
2009 pukul 21.00 WIB

*Pelamaryang menunjukan dokumen yang berbeda dengan data yang dimasukan
padasaat registrasi on-line, dinyatakan gugur dan tidak dapat mengikuti
testahap selanjutnya.

Penyampaian lamaran hanya dilakukan melalui aplikasi on-line mulai 01
s/d 15 Agustus 2009

D. PENTING UNTUK DIPERSIAPKAN UNTUK VERIFIKASI DOKUMEN :

BagiAnda yang kemudian dinyatakan lolos seleksi administrasi, akan
dimintahadir pada Tes Tahap I di lokasi dan waktu yang akan ditetapkan
denganmembawa dokumen dan kelengkapan sebagai berikut:

1. Kartu Tanda Penduduk yang masih berlaku, asli dan fotokopi.
2. Foto copy Ijazah dan Transkrip Nilai harus dilegalisir (stempel
asli), Surat Keterangan Lulus (SKL) dari kampus tidak berlaku.
3. Fotokopi sertifikat keahlian lainnya yang relevan.
4. Foto copy kartu kuning dari Departemen Tenaga Kerja.
5. Data Riwayat Hidup yang harus di download dari dari website
www.ppm-rekrutmen. com <http://www.ppm- rekrutmen. com/> mulai tanggal 22
Agustus 2009 setelah Anda log in, data riwayat hidup yang telah diisi
diserahkan dalam bentuk tercetak ( print out ).
6. Kartu Peserta Seleksi yang harus didownload dari website dari
website www.ppm-rekrutmen. com <http://www.ppm- rekrutmen. com/> mulai
tanggal 22 Agustus 2009
7. www.ppm-rekrutmen. com setelah Anda log in. Mohon dilengkapi dan
diserahkan dalam bentuk tercetak ( print out ).
8. Surat Pernyataan bersedia ditempatkan yang didownload dari website
www.ppm-rekrutmen. com <http://www.ppm- rekrutmen. com/> mulai tanggal 22
Agustus 2009 tercetak ( print out )
9. Pas Foto Berwarna ukuran 4 x 6 sebanyak 2 lembar
10. SuratKeterangan Bebas Narkoba yang dikeluarkan oleh instansi yang
berwenang(laborator ium kepolisian / rumah sakit / puskesmas / klinik
kesehatan)

Seluruh berkas dimasukkan ke dalam map folio, yang sudah dituliskan nama
dan nomor registrasi Anda dengan ketentuan :

1. Map merah untuk kelompok pelamar S1
2. Map hijau untuk kelompok pelamar D3

Mohonmempersiapkan seluruh dokumen dengan lengkap dan benar. Jika
ditemukanketidaklen gkapan dokumen dan/atau ketidaksesuaian data pada
dokumendengan berkas lamaran, Anda akan dinyatakan gugur pada Tes Tahap
I

E. TATACARA PENGISIAN APLIKASI ONLINE

1. Sediakan waktu yang cukup. Pengisian Aplikasi online ini secara
lengkap
2. Baca dengan seksama setiap petunjuk yang disediakan
3. Persiapkan semua data yang anda butuhkan pada saat pengisian
aplikasi, antara lain :

* KTP
* Riwayat Pekerjaan/Daftar Riwayat Hidup
* Isikan semua kolom isian dengan benar dan lengkap
* Pastikansemua Isian sudah anda isikan dengan benar sebelum anda
mengirimkan (submit ) aplikasi anda. Data isian yang telah dikirimkan
(submit) tidakbisa direvisi ataupun ditambahkan.
