QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Your Requirements

* Male, age between 30 - 40 years old
* Able to prepare cost estimates based on final plans and
specifications.
* Master in making contract packages regarding division of work to
facilitate bidding & construction.
* Supervise the QS consultant to pre-qualify contractors & suppliers.
* Supervise the QS consultant in conducting pre-bid conferences and
conducting actual biddings for all contract packages.
* Minimum 3 years experiences in Housing, building and infrastructure
as Supervisor
* University Degree from reputable university, majoring in Civil
Engineering
* Hard worker, ability to work under pressure, goal setting minded,
good communication skill and good team player
* Computer literate
* Fluent in both English and Bahasa
* The successful incumbents will be stationed in SURABAYA

challenges and responsibility, energetic, enthusiastic and fast learner.
