We are a growing coal company in Indonesia currently looking for a
high professional to be located in Jakarta and Jambi based for the
following position:

1. Procurement Coordinator (Jakarta)

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree from reputable university
Having at least 3 years working experience in Procurement/ Purchasing
Having good communication & negotiation skills
Handling purchase order of spare part such as:

a. Spare Part for CATERPILLAR (i.e. HD 777D, HD 777E, HD-773E,
Greader 16H, Grader 140H, D8R Dozer, D9R Dozer, D10R Dozer, Roller
CP563, Roller CS563, Compactor 815F)

b. Spare Part for HITACHI (i.e. Excavator 2500, ZX870, ZX470, ZX330)

c. Spare Part for KOMATSU (i.e. Dozer D-85-SS, Excavator PC1800, PC1250)

d. IVECO Truck

2. HRD & GA Coordinator (Jambi based)

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law or Industrial Engineering
3 years experience as HR generalist
Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, procedures, systems
Strong understanding of Indonesian rules, regulations, laws in the HR arena
Strong industrial relations skills and employee relations skills
Strong supervisor, coaching skills and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical skills and time management skills
Good project management skills
Good skills and knowledge in relevant computer software
Having basic knowledge of mining industry
