We seek to recruit the following qualified IT professional.
The successful candidate will require the following knowledge skills
and experience:
A technical diploma in Computer Science, Computer
Engineering/ Electronics or equivalent. A minimum of 3 years post
diploma experience in installing and supporting desktop systems in a
distributed environment. Industry certification in major IT desktop
products. Good communication (oral and written) skills. Proficient in
the usage/application of desktop standard diagnostic and testing
tools. Able to communicate technical details and instructions in
plain, non - technical language. Excellent interpersonal and
customer-service skills.
