with backgrounds in the following disciplines:

Head Business Analyst
MBA or equivalent plus professional Business Analysis / Organisation &
Methods qualification. 15 years wide ranging business analysis
experience in business process reengineering, organisational analysis,
cost reduction and work measurement.

Senior /Business Analysts (SAP)
B.Sc Degree in IT or equivalent in related discipline. Must have solid
operational business background- (preferably, but not necessarily) in
the Oil & Gas Industry. Expert (user) knowledge of one or more SAP
modules is a must.

Senior /Business Analysts - Others
Masters Degree in Business/Profession al qualification or equivalent.
Must have solid operational business background in the Oil & Gas
Industry relating to business process analysis, mapping,
re-engineering, manpower analysis, project management, use of business
tools and metrics and in-depth experience of their respective areas of
expertise in: Engineering (including Plant Maintenance) . Operations in
Oil & Gas Industry, Finance & Controlling, Information Technology (as
a business-oriented analyst).

Business Systems Analyst/Programmer / Developer
Bachelor s Degree in Business, ICT or Engineering. Must have proven
expertise in at least the following areas:

Technical
ASP.Net, C#, SQL Server 2005, MS Visual Studio Team Suite, MS Windows
Server 2003 and General DBA duties, all in a Net environment.

Non-Technical
Full exposure to Business, Accounting and/or Commercial Systems. Good
Communicator. Help Screen design & End User documentation.
