Job Description :
1.Develop product idea & formulations
2.Source
pertinent suppliers & collect necessary documentation
3.Calculate Manufacturing Cost
4.Follow the Company Product Development Process
Procedure
5.Lead the Laboratory Technicians to deliver tasks on time
6.Arrange & Conduct Laboratory & Plant Trials
7.Work closely with
other departments (Purchasing, Regulatory, PPIC, Production, Quality
Team, etc).

Requirements :
1.Fresh Graduate with a Food
Science & Technology major (Working experience in similar Industry
is an advantage)
2.Pro-active, Creative, and Innovative
3.Minimum GPA 3.00
4.Able to work positively under pressure
5.Posses a
good attitude, personality, leadership skill, and self-esteem
6.Computer literate & Able to deliver accurate calculation
7.Follow &
Understand Beverage Market Trends
8.Able to communicate in English
9.Male/Female. Max 25 yr. old.

2.LAB TECHNICIAN (Staff Level)

Job
Description :
1.Preparing the prototypes that have been formulated by Product Developer
2.Analyzing the prototypes properly based on
specification
3.Conduct routine informal sensory evaluation and as
requested for new prototypes
4.Follow the instruction for Plant
trials based on the planning prepared by Product Developer
5.Follow
the guide lines for monitoring shelf – life
6.Clean the equipment and working area properly before leaving the Laboratory every day

Requirements :
1.Diploma or bachelor degree majoring in Food Science &
Technology or Chemical Analytic, minimum GPA 3.00
2.Male / Female,
age max 25 years olds
3.Good knowledge of food formulation
productions, ingredients characteristics in food production
4.Pro-active, Creative, and Innovative
5.Able to work positively under pressure
6.Loves to cook, no color blinds and have a good taste threshold
7.Computer
literate & Able to deliver accurate calculation
