A. RECRUITMENT SUPERVISOR (Job Code: HR-RS)
Degree in Psychology, preferebly Psychologist with SRIPP
Has at least 3 years working experience in Recruitment. Has experience as Head Hunter or Recruitment Agency would be a big plus
Familiar with Psychological Assessment process and its interpretation
Has an unique approach and methods for candidates sourcing
Aggresive and able to work under tight schedule
Good interpersonal skill
B. TRANING & DEVELOPMENT SENIOR SUPERVISOR (Job Code: HR-TD)
Degree from any background
Has at least 5 years working experience in T & D fied. Has exposure in Training Consultancy Firm would be an advantage
Familiar to set up training modules and schedule, especially for soft skill development
Familiar to conduct / deliver training
Has excellent communication and presentation skill
C. PERSONNEL SUPERVISOR
Degree from any background
Has at least 3 years working experience in HR Operational or Personnel for medium- big size organization (1000 - 2000 employee)
Familiar with all personnel acitivities but not limited to: Absenteism, Policy & Regulation, Employee Relation, Industrial Relation, Employee data filing system, etc
Detail, well organize, and meticulous
Good leadership skill
