Responsibilities:
* Plan, direct or coordinate the training and development
activities of an organization
* Develop training modules
* Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or
modify and improve existing program
* Delivered training
Reporting Line:
Reporting to Corporate HR Manager
Requirements:
* Bachelor degree from reputable university (psychology or
management)
* Have min. 5 years experience in training
* Have the ability to create modules
* Able to deliver training
* Excellent in presentation skills and Ms. Office
* Open minded, honest and hard worker
* Excellent in communication, cooperative and creative
* Willing to worked at BSD City
