We are looking for a dynamic individual who is willing to take
increased responsibilities and challenges for the following position:

Supply Chain Manager

Responsibilities:

Manages and directs the following supply chain activities:
production planning, material management, inventory control, vendor
selection and retention, expediting, analyzing, logistics.
Form strategic partnership with suppliers, distributors, and
customers to create communication channels for critical information
and operational improvements.
Manage the movement of raw materials into finished goods and then
to the end consumer.
Manage daily production and distribution planning, including all
nodes in the supply chain as well as production scheduling for each
manufacturing facility in the supply chain (minute by minute).
Manage demand planning and forecasting, coordinating the demand
forecast of all customers and sharing the forecast with all suppliers;
sourcing planning, including current inventory and forecast demand, in
collaboration with all suppliers.
Manage Outbound and Inbound operations, such as transportation
from suppliers and receiving inventory, including all fulfillment
activities and transportation to customers.
Manage production operations, including the consumption of
materials and flow of finished goods.
Order promising, accounting for all constraints in the supply
chain, including all suppliers, manufacturing facilities, distribution
centers, and other customers.

Requirements:

Min. Bachelor degree (S1) in any major from reputable university;
Master Degree is a plus
Min. 7 years of work experience in related area of expertise;
preferably FMCG industry background
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office software;
particularly Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
Highly proficiency in English
