MINE SUPERINTENDENT

JOB DESCRIPSION:

Mine Superintendent Job Description and Duties consists of 9 main points:
1. Plans and coordinates activities of personnel engaged in extracting
ores or rocks from surface mines, pits, or quarries.
2. Reviews data, such as maps, survey reports, and geological records,
and confers with engineering, maintenance, and supervisory personnel
to plan and direct mine development.
3. Calculates mining or quarrying operational costs, estimates
potential income, and instructs Pit Supervisor (mine & quarry) to
abandon or open mine sections, pits, or other working areas.
4. Studies maps and blueprints to determine location for haulageways,
access roads, ventilation shafts, rail tracks, and conveyor systems.
5. Studies land contours and rock formations, and specifies locations
to install pillars, timbers, and roof bolts, and use of equipment for
cutting, drilling, blasting and loading minerals.
6. Reads mining laws and safety regulations, and issues directives to
workers to ensure adherence to applicable rules and regulations.
7. Reviews and consolidates records, such as ore grade, air quality,
safety reports, and production records.
8. Tours and inspects mine to detect and resolve production, equipment
maintenance, safety, atmospheric, and personnel problems.

11. Negotiates with workers, union personnel, and other parties to
settle grievances.

OTHER CONSIDERATIONS
• On call when required
• Roster 28 days on site – 14 days off
• Salary range : Rp. 25 million – Rp. 35 million (depending on Experience)
• Site Allowance 1.53% from Basic per day
• Preferable Point Of Hire Kalimantan

Maintenance Plant Safety Officer

JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Min D3 Mechanical Engineering & Science / K3
2. Minimum 2 years work experience in Maintenance Plant at Mining
Industrial / Heavy Equipment Services Company
3. Minimum 2 years work experiences on supervising and/or managing
Environment, Health and Safety in Mining Industrial
4. Certified Pengawas Operational Pratama (POP) by ESDM
5. Certified AK3 Umum by Depnakertrans
6. Good English/Indonesian language skills
7. Familiars with Heavy Equipment Workshop Safety Management
8. Having experience and understand with Heavy Equipment maintenance & Safety

REQUIRMENT:
1. Experience more than 2 years
2. Single
3. Max 28 Years old

OTHER CONSIDERATIONS
• On call when required
• Roster 28 days on site – 14 days off
• Salary range : Rp. 6 million – Rp. 9 million (depending on Experience)
• Site Allowance 1.53% from Basic per day
• Preferable Point Of Hire Kalimantan

8. Having experience and understand with Gold Mine Processing Plant Operations
