TECHNICAL MANAGER

General Requirement:

Must be willing to stay and or work in remote location.
Result oriented and willing to work in steam
Having management commitment to safety, environment and health
Having good business ethics, good interpersonal and leadership skill
Strong analytical capability
Must have relevan degree from recognized university ( minimum S1
degre ), Engineering in the field of Chemical Engineering, Processing,
or Metallurgy preferred
Good English communication and reporting skill both oral and written.
Computer literate ( MS Office, and related software )

Specific Requirement:

Male, age max. : 42 years old.
More than 5 (five) years in Engineering, Petrochemical and oil &
Gas Industry
Having knowledge on ISO Management System and enable to set up
Management System in compliance to ISO 9001
Proven ability to set expectations and monitor delegated
activities while inspiring staff in planning
Having Relevant Professional Certification is an advantage
Solid analytical, problem-solving skills and experience reporting
and communicating reports to clients
Flexible mind set with the ability to adapt in a constantly
changing environment.
