The World Agroforestry Centre (also known as ICRAF) in Southeast Asiais the region’s leading agroforestry research-in-development organization whichgenerates science-based knowledge about thecomplex role trees play in agricultural landscapes and rural livelihoods. Aspart of the Centre’s work to bring tree-based solutions to bear on poverty andenvironmental problems, researchers – working in close collaboration withpartners – are developing new technologies, tools and policy recommendationsfor increased food security and ecosystem health.

About the position
In collaboration with Financial Reporting and Grants Officer, theincumbent will assist the Economics and Policy Analysis Unit (EPU) projectofficer in processing partner/collaborator LOAs and payment, preparing grantreports, facilitating auditor’s sampling, updating grant and collaborator list.

Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Financial Management
· At least 2 years of accounting and grants management experience
· Excellent command of Excel
· Strong background in financial management Systems
· Experience in using Agresso is advantage

§ Initiative,coordination and organizational skills
§ Demonstratesa good attitude in customer service orientation
§ Knowledgeof business; experience in all aspects of donor cycle
