As you are aware Monroe Consulting Group is a leading provider of Executive Search Services. One of the companies we work with has just contacted me with a very urgent requirement for 10 Mechanical Engineers to be located in Central Java. Job Summary:

We are seeking an individual with mechanical engineering experience to join our talented and dedicated team. The individual's responsibilities are mechanical design and robot production. Candidate must be prepared to lead by example and do what it takes to get quality robots shipped on time and budget

Requirements:

Graduated from a S1 or D3 of mechanical department.
Minimum 4 years experience in similar industry.
Has mechanical design experience with linear and rotary motion components, stepper or servo motor drives, sheet metal design and familiar with Pro/Engineer or Solid works is preferred.
Has a strong ability to build plan and troubleshoot prototyping and technology transfer to production environment.
Has a positive attitude and a passion for innovative product development.
Excellent English both oral and written is preferred and effectively communicate results to the engineer teams in the US.
