Expatriate Admin Assistant

Our client is looking for an
experience candidate to be posted as Expatriate Admin Assistant

Job Functions:

Arrange new house search/lease
renewals or extension for expatriate , this include provide housing list;
communicate with the assignee, landlord and HR IM Advisor.
- Have knowledge of lease agreement
as she needs to coordinate the readiness of the paperwork for housing, e.g.
lease agreement; invoice, tax, etc.
- Coordinate with other expatriate related housing, e.g. Arrival &
Repatriation coordination; setting up local services for new assignees;
education support; tenancy management services/maintenanc e.
- Other activities related to expatriates,
e.g. prepare letter of assignment; shipment; etc
