offshore construction companies in the world requires proficient,
efficient, and highly motivated individuals for the following
positions:

HELP SERVICES SPECIALIST III

Essentials Job Duties :

1.Documents and maintains Help Desk Procedures designed to provide
responsiveness to requests for assistance in support of business
needs.

2.Interfaces with hardware, software, and facility vendors to ensure
the timely and quality delivery of preventive maintenance.

3.Responds to end user requests for assistance

4.Tracks all end user computing equipment from receipt through disposal.

5.Tracks leased equipment schedules and recommends end-of-lease alternatives.

6.Maintains consistent end user computing software images, in
conjunction with and with assistance from Technical Services.

7.Configures hardware and software within manufacturers’ guidelines to
meet end user requirements.

8.Installs hardware and software to meet end user requirements.

9.Participates in the development of Project Plans for 1-2 person Projects.

10. Reports Project Status.

11. Provides input to regular trouble ticket reports to management,
including troubles opened, resolved, and pending during the reporting
period.

12. Participates in Help Services projects, and in Development and
Technical Services projects as requested.

13. Directs the activities of staff members, including assignment of
projects and prioritization of activities.

14. Monitors customer (end user) satisfaction with IT Services in
general and Help Services in specific and implements corrective action
as appropriate.

15. Performs other duties as assigned.

Key Requirements:

v D3 - IT degree

v Minimum 2 years working experience in IT Support.

v Successful candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills and
work in a team, self motivated, independent, familiar with working
under pressure environment, Must have a Microsoft office

v Strong communication skill: Indonesian and English, oral and written
