1. Expression Of Interest – Plant Dept (Ref. 756715)

With continued growth we are seeking additional experience resources
for Plant Engineers to be located in either Kalimantan or Jakarta.
There are also a wide range of positions available for qualified
applicants. These positions include:

a. Data / Service Analyst
b. Planner – Component
c. Engineer – Machine Health Analyst
d. Officer – Warranty Claims
e. Plant Systems Support
f. Superintendent – Plant
g. Senior Supervisor – Plant
h. Supervisor – Workshop

• These positions require a technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of engineering, planning, analyses, and cost control
/ project management experience; and, at least senior high/vocational
school with 3 years of field experiences for supervising operational
maintenance roles (f, g & h).
• Exposure to the mining or large-scale engineering construction
environment would be preferred.

2. Senior Supervisor CHPP (Ref. 754829)

• Degree on Mechanical / Electrical / Mining.
• Has 5 years experiences in similar role or mining coal processing
especially in coal washing plant and product load out.
• Reporting to the Superintendent - CHPP, this position will be
responsible to be efficient and effective organization and management
of all aspects of the JWP, DMP, PLO, Laboratory, Metallurgist, and
coal product hauling from plants to ports ; Management and
implementation of safety and environmental programs within CHPP areas
of responsibility.

3. Legal Advisor (Ref. 740586)

• Reporting to the Commercial Manager you will to assist Commercial
Team in reviewing contracts & legal documents related to Toll Road
Project and others.
• To be successful in this role you will need to have relevant degree
in S-1 (Bachelor) degree majoring in Indonesian Law, Post graduate law
qualification, and International qualification preference.
• Have minimum at least 5 years in a legal position.

4. Supervisor - Fixed Plant (Ref. 756894)

• Reporting to Senior Supervisor - Fixed Plant, you will be
responsible to plan and coordinate the maintenance, repair, and
service for mechanical of equipment.
• Requirements for this position are at least senior high school/
vocational with minimum 5 year experience in the mining industry as
Shift Mechanic Supervisor.
• Have experience on subcontractor and employee supervision, and
Quality Control.
• Have strong leadership skill, strong motivation, and good team work.

5. Supervisor – Mining (Ref. 753068)

• Reporting to the Senior Supervisor - Mining, this position will be
responsible to supervise and assist in day to day OB stripping, coal
mining and reclamation activity in a given area to achieve production
target in a safe environment.
• This position requires a minimum of 2 years of site experience and
previous supervisory experiences.
• Good time management and problem solving.

6. Trade Training Officer (Trade Streaming) Auto Electrical (755181)

• Recognized Trade and I or Auto Electrical engineering qualifications.
• Certificate IV in Training &having 5 years experiences in similar
role or as Supervisor with related experience.
• Familiar and skill full with Heavy Equipments: Dozer
(Caterpiflar/Komatsu), Excavator (Hitachi/Komatsu/Liebherr), Ingersoll
Rand Drills, Dump Truck (Caterpillar/Komatsu).

7. Trade Training Officer (Trade Streaming) High Voltage Electrical (755192)

• Recognized Trade and / or Electrical engineering qualifications.
• Certificate IV in Training &having 5 years experiences in similar
role or as Supervisor with related experience.
• Familiar and skill full with high voltage electrical.

8. Trade Training Officer (Trade Streaming) Fixed Plant Fitter (755193)

• Recognized Trade and / or Fixed Plant Fitter or Mechanical
engineering qualifications.
• Certificate IV in Training &having 5 years experiences in similar
role or as Supervisor with related experience.
• Familiar and skill full with fixed plant fitter in mining industry.

9. Planner Plant (752680)

• Recognized Trade and / or Mechanical engineering qualifications.
• 5 years experiences in site maintenance & planning experiences.
• Familiar to establish effective and efficient component maintenance
strategies for all plant equipment.
• Familiar to review and develop equipment life cycle strategies and
cost forecast to ensure maintenance requirement are considered.
• Familiar with ERP and condition monitoring techniques and data.

10. Senior Supervisor Plant Planning (736624)

• Recognized Mechanical engineering qualifications.
• 5 years experiences as supervisor site maintenance & planning experiences.
• Familiar with component cost/budged analysis.
• Strong leadership skill; performance driven with capability of
managing relationship and develop others.
• Equipment maintenance background; method, principles and technique
used in preventive maintenance.

General Qualification:

• Good communication in English (verbal & written).
• Highly self-motivated and able to influence / motivate,
coaching/mentoring skills, and team player.
• Good in computer literacy.

All positions will be based in Kalimantan except for position # 3 will
be based in Jakarta head office.
