Job Description:
As Operations Finance Manager and a member of Operations top team, you will
play a crucial role in delivering the company's strategy for Operations
through the provision of financial advice and management information as well
as the development of financial knowledge and commercial awareness across
Operations.

Reporting to Commercial Finance Manager, your main responsibilities include,
but are not limited to:
- Manage delivery of accurate and timely management and financial accounts,
forecast, analysis, commentary and advice to facilitate decision making in
Operations Department aiming at optimising profitability & cash flows
- Manage product costing and cost allocation to ensure accurate and reliable
information
- Actively support Operations team in reviewing business processes and
internal control
- Leverage the dynamics of supply chain to optimise working capital
requirement through effective management of stocks
- Meet Group & statutory reporting deadlines and requirement related to
Operations Department and ensuring compliance with local accounting &
taxation regulations.

Job Requirements:
You need to have at least 2 years experience in handling finance commercial
roles, preferably in FMCG and or MNC, holding a degree in Finance education
from reputable university. You are also expected to demonstrate excellent
leadership skills, inspire and develop team members in order to ensure
Finance Department succession.
