Lead Contracts Specialist (Permanent)
· Prepare and/or review subcontract strategies, bid lists, bid
packages, evaluation of tenders, contracts, change orders, claims and
correspondence
· Maintain bid, contract and change order documentation.
· Lead in Risk Assessment, Risk Management and Risk
Containment when reviewing contracts
· Ensure project management and project team understands
intent of contract terms and properly administer contracts to mitigate
risk of claims
· Coordinate post award activities including warranty checks,
release of retention, and release of letters of credit
· Provide advice to main team members in negotiation of
contracts, change orders and claims resolution
· Coordinate development, implementation and documentation of
contracting strategies and plans, interfacing as required with Project
Team members
· Review and monitor contractor work procedures for
consistency with project requirements
Requirements
· Degree in Engineering or Business with working knowledge in
Business Law, Commercial Contract Development, Business Negotiation,
Commercial aspects of large marine oil& gas fabrication projects,
Traffic practices and law and Proposal and Request For Quotation (RFQ)
preparation and review
· Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in FPSO projects
· Must be able to travel when required
Document Controller (Contract 12 -24 months)
· Receive, distribute and monitor Technical Queries received
from construction team
· Issue Site instructions received from Inspectors, closely
monitor the status
· Issue & track Inspection and Test Reports (ITR) for all disciplines
· Ensure that documents are filed with completeness,
systematic and traceable
· Expedite mechanical completion certificate/ electrical
certifications, environmental certifications
Requirements
· NTC2/ Trade Certificate/ Diploma
· Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Oil and Gas Industry
· Good Computer Literacy Skills
E & I Inspector (Contract, 24 months)
· In charge on electrical isolation on vessel equipment
· Inspect, evaluate and make recommendation on overhaul and
repair of vessel equipment (ER and Deck)
· Liaise, co-ordinate with Project team member, Surveyor, yard
personnel in inspection, testing, overhauling, pre-comms of vessel
equipment and marine system.
· Perform surveillance of electrical activities (Modification,
Ship/Vessel Conversion, Electrical Equipment Installation, Instruments
Installation, Inspection, Hook-Up, Mechanical Completion, Pre-
Commissioning and Start-up)
Requirements
· Diploma in Engineering
· Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Shipyard or FPSO Industry
· Sailing Experience as Ship's Electrician preferred"
Senior Electrical Engineer (Permanent)
· Design and draft in detail the designated modules produced by MOPS
· Procurement engineering of long lead packages
· Perform design calculation using commercial / in house software.
· Generate the project specification, RFQ, Bid Evaluation and
recommendation for purchase
· Familiar to international code and standards, IEC, NEC, ABS
rule, etc..
· Review MTO
· Vendor data review and approved.
· Assist in electrical equipment inspection
· Support fabrication site

· Inspect, evaluate and make recommendation on overhaul and

personnel in inspection, testing, overhauling, pre-comms of vessel
equipment and marine system
· Perform QA/QC function
· Ensure all quality records (inspection and testing) are kept in order

Naval Architect (Permanent)
· Develops, coordinates, analyzes, reviews and/or verifies
component design and hydrostatic/ hydrodynamic activities for both
operational and installation modes
· Verifies the compatibility of hydrostatic/ hydrodynamic
design loads with other interfacing disciplines
· Provides support for design, analysis and monitoring of the
hull structure system
· Performs scantling analysis, review of the drawings,
strength analysis, fatigue analysis and FES (Finite Element Analysis)
for local structures using current version of StruCAD*3D
· Monitors and controls the weight of F(P)SO or TLP;
calculates CG locations and radius of gyrations

environment, especially in expatriate management

· Technical evaluation of bids and vendor selection
· Vendor's drawings checking

Safety Officer (Contract, 12 to 24 months)
· Advise and instruct yard on safe work practices and conditions
· Conduct HSE Training
· Monitor / inspect / audit to meet HSE standards and requirements
· Prepare HSE reports for Project Manager
· Lead in daily safety inspection
· Follow up from HSE inspections and audits
· Participate in site accident investigations
Requirement
