Lead Contracts Specialist (Permanent)

· Prepare and/or review subcontract strategies, bid lists, bid
packages, evaluation of tenders, contracts, change orders, claims and
correspondence

· Maintain bid, contract and change order documentation.

· Lead in Risk Assessment, Risk Management and Risk
Containment when reviewing contracts

· Ensure project management and project team understands
intent of contract terms and properly administer contracts to mitigate
risk of claims

· Coordinate post award activities including warranty checks,
release of retention, and release of letters of credit

· Provide advice to main team members in negotiation of
contracts, change orders and claims resolution

· Coordinate development, implementation and documentation of
contracting strategies and plans, interfacing as required with Project
Team members


· Review and monitor contractor work procedures for
consistency with project requirements

Requirements

· Degree in Engineering or Business with working knowledge in
Business Law, Commercial Contract Development, Business Negotiation,
Commercial aspects of large marine oil& gas fabrication projects,
Traffic practices and law and Proposal and Request For Quotation (RFQ)
preparation and review

· Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in FPSO projects

· Must be able to travel when required

Document Controller (Contract 12 -24 months)

· Receive, distribute and monitor Technical Queries received
from construction team

· Issue Site instructions received from Inspectors, closely
monitor the status

· Issue & track Inspection and Test Reports (ITR) for all disciplines

· Ensure that documents are filed with completeness,
systematic and traceable

· Expedite mechanical completion certificate/ electrical
certifications, environmental certifications

Requirements

· NTC2/ Trade Certificate/ Diploma

· Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Oil and Gas Industry

· Good Computer Literacy Skills

E & I Inspector (Contract, 24 months)

· In charge on electrical isolation on vessel equipment

· Inspect, evaluate and make recommendation on overhaul and
repair of vessel equipment (ER and Deck)

· Liaise, co-ordinate with Project team member, Surveyor, yard
personnel in inspection, testing, overhauling, pre-comms of vessel
equipment and marine system.

· Perform surveillance of electrical activities (Modification,
Ship/Vessel Conversion, Electrical Equipment Installation, Instruments
Installation, Inspection, Hook-Up, Mechanical Completion, Pre-
Commissioning and Start-up)

Requirements

· Diploma in Engineering

· Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Shipyard or FPSO Industry

· Sailing Experience as Ship's Electrician preferred"

Senior Electrical Engineer (Permanent)

· Design and draft in detail the designated modules produced by MOPS

· Procurement engineering of long lead packages

· Perform design calculation using commercial / in house software.

· Generate the project specification, RFQ, Bid Evaluation and
recommendation for purchase

· Familiar to international code and standards, IEC, NEC, ABS
rule, etc..

· Review MTO

· Vendor data review and approved.

· Assist in electrical equipment inspection

· Support fabrication site

Requirements

· Degree in Electrical Engineering

· Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Shipyard or FPSO Industry

HSE Engineer (Permanent)

· Coordination of Safety Case Studies

· HSE Support for Engineering Function

· HAZOP Feasibility Studies

· HSE Action Tracking

Requirements

· Preferably Degree in Chemical / HS Environmental Studies

· Minimum 3 years working experience in HSE in Shipyard or FPSO Industry

· Certificate of HSE by Spore MOM

· Certificate by ABS

Mechanical Completion Assistant (Contract, 12 to 24 months)

· Generate Inspection Test Reports

· Compile of mechanical and completion dossiers

· Edit boundary drawings

· General administrative duties of the department

Requirements

· Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

· Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Oil and Gas Industry

· Basic understanding of boundary drawings

· Know how to use Project Tools though not a must

Lead / Senior Mechanical Completion Engineer (Contract, 12 to 24 months)

· Co-ordinates the fabrication and construction of mechanical
equipment or packages

· Handles mechanical drawing

Requirements

· Degree in Mechanical Engineering

· Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in FPSO or Shipyard

· Strong follow up skills to all the parties - design
engineers, contractors, shipyard, buyer

· Meticulous and good memory power

Mechanical Inspector (Contract, 24 Months)

· In charge of vessel equipment preservation

· Inspect, evaluate and make recommendation on overhaul and
repair of vessel equipment (ER and Deck)

· Liaise, co-ordinate with Project team member, Surveyor, yard
personnel in inspection, testing, overhauling, pre-comms of vessel
equipment and marine system

· Perform QA/QC function

· Ensure all quality records (inspection and testing) are kept in order

· Knowledge and understanding of vessel electrical system

Requirements

· Tertiary Education

· Minimum 10 years of relevant sailing experience as 2nd or 3rd Engineer

Naval Architect (Permanent)

· Develops, coordinates, analyzes, reviews and/or verifies
component design and hydrostatic/ hydrodynamic activities for both
operational and installation modes

· Verifies the compatibility of hydrostatic/ hydrodynamic
design loads
with other interfacing disciplines

· Provides support for design, analysis and monitoring of the
hull structure system

· Performs scantling analysis, review of the drawings,
strength analysis, fatigue analysis and FES (Finite Element Analysis)
for local structures using current version of StruCAD*3D

· Monitors and controls the weight of F(P)SO or TLP;
calculates CG locations and radius of gyrations

· Develops, analyzes, coordinates, reviews and evaluates plans
for tow-out and installation of project components and associated
equipment

· Develops, analyzes, coordinates, reviews and evaluates plans

· Develops, tests and implements program interfaces

· Review and comments on equipment dossiers as they relate to

Lead / Senior Process Engineer (Permanent)

· Process design for FPSO/FSO Topside Oil & Gas Engineering

· Design
on efficient layout and system integration

· Proposal on constructability, operability, maintainability
of the system

· Work with other functions in the company, work with vendors

Requirements

· Degree in Chemical Engineering

· Minimum 3 - 15 years of relevant experience for Junior /
Senior / Lead positions in Shipyard or FPSO Industry

Project Secretary (Contract, 18 Months)

· Provide admin support to team members in processing of
visas, booking of hotels, reservation of air tickets etc

· Liaise with sub contractors and embassies

· Manage expatriate matters

Requirements

· Good at MS Words and Excel

· Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a project
environment, especially in expatriate management

· Good communication skills and follow up

· Self starter, independent and with sense of urgency

· Positive work attitude

· Must be able to speak Mandarin

Quantity Surveyor (permanent / contract, 24 months)

· Maintain site cost control logs

· Review cost estimates from subcontractors

· Cost forecasting on work scope

· Site survey or actual fabrication

Requirements

· Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

· Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Shipyard or FPSO Industry

Rotating Equipment Engineer (LEAD) (permanent)

· Equipment calculation and design (engineering drawings)

· Design and procurement of static equipment (such as
reactors, columns, vessels, tanks, unfired heat exchangers…)

· Preparation of requisitions for enquiry

· Technical evaluation of bids and vendor selection

· Vendor's drawings checking

· Equipment acceptance and delivery to site, site (erection),
support and turn-over

· Responsible as discipline engineer for quality, cost and schedule

· Cooperation with client, third parties and project disciplines/ field

· (Lead a team of engineers in meeting the project budget and
timeline for rotating equipment)

Requirement

· Degree in Mechanical engineering

· Minimum 5 - 15 years of relevant experience for Senior /
Lead positions in Shipyard or FPSO Industry

· Experienced in working on Reciprocating / Centrifugal Compressors

· Track record of handling vendors like Solar, Nuovo Pignone,
Dressand, GE, Rolls Royce

· Must be able to travel to China

· Must be able to speak Mandarin

Safety Officer (Contract, 12 to 24 months)

· Advise and instruct yard on safe work practices and conditions

· Conduct HSE Training

· Monitor / inspect / audit to meet HSE standards and requirements

· Prepare HSE reports for Project Manager

· Lead in daily safety inspection

· Follow up from HSE inspections and audits

· Participate in site accident investigations

Requirement

· Degree in Engineering

· Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Shipyard or FPSO Industry

· Certificate of HSE by Spore MOM

· Must have excellent communication skills

· Must be able to work in a team

· Must be able to speak Mandarin

· Must be able to travel or relocate to China for about a year
when required
