Project Manager

Our client, one of the biggest general contractors in Indonesia
established since 1984 with experience range from the building of a
simple factory to a high-tech chemical plant, office building and 5
star hotels, urgently needed:

Project Manager

Responsibilities:

Operational planning of the project.
Manage the operational activities of the project.
Implement the operational activities of the project.
Control the operational activities of the project.

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree from Civil / Architecture Engineering
Minimum 5 years as a Project Manager at building contractor either
handle high-rise building or non high-rise building.
Having 3 years as Project Manager at building contractor for high-rise
building will be advantages.
Familiar with ISO and SMK3 / OHSAS and having knowledge about MEP and
basic statistic.
Able establish RAP & RMP.
Understand construction management and practical finance.
Understand cost analysis and scheduling.
Fluent in English.
