Head of Operations

Responsibilities:

Ensure to create positive atmosphere operations in the company running well as company standard, tracking project deliverable for all aspect such as : quality, cost, technically, financial & objectives and also safety. Should provide continued overall technical support and oversee execution of priorities, periodically reviewing, evaluating & suggesting upgrades to associated task.

Requirements:

Male / Female, age around 40 years old, min. Bachelor Degree (S1) in related Engineering from reputable University

Experience in Operations with broadband spectrum area handled at least 10 years, preferably in a Shipping company

Preferable from public company

Strong organizational skills and Leadership

Should be able to work both independently and in a team, be willing to take the initiative, work under pressure and with a variety of people and organizations

Computer literacy is required in MS Office & internet application

Excellent English proficiency (both oral and written)
