We are a company engaged in mining contractor, requires an IT SAP Business
Intelligence (BI).

Responsibilities:
This position is to provide technical analysis and reportin skills in SAP BW,
which require reports and dashboards to be developed can have them delivered
quickly and effectively. Develop solutions that collect, analyse and report on
internal and external data to generate knowledge and value for the organization
at strategic, tactical and operational levels. They apply skills in data
integration, data modeling, cube design, update rules, SAP reporting tools,
analysis, warehousing, and mining.

Requirements :

* The candidate should have 2 years experience in SAP BW development
and / or support
* Minimum 1 full BW lifecycle implementations
* Experience in SAP BI, BW Extraction & Loading and Report creation
* Document detailed specifications of configuration design, tests,
and training programs
* Share development / design documents with other IT members and/or
business users
* Responsible for all SAP BW configuration
* Combine knowledge of SAP BW with experience in business processes
to meet business needs in defined areas
* Perform Information Technology unit tests and coordinate business
integration tests, in order to ensure application reliability
* Update technical documentation that results from support changes
* Effectively communicate project and work related information to team
* Knowledge in SAP Enterprise Portal is a plus
* Good Commu ication skills
* Understand the SAP BW business subject areas and the data which is
held in those subject areas e.g. Finance, Procurement, Logistics,
Inventory, Maintenance
* Develop reports and dashboards to the required specification
* Experience with design, build and test of dashboard, KPI concepts
and analytics
* Data Modelling experience useful to have - Relational and OLAP
* Assisting to review the technology innovation to improve deployed
solutions such as : system upgrade, new technology review/adoption
* Conducting end users education and trainings

Technical Requirement:

* Having an excellent query and database skill
* Having an excellent algorithm
* Having knowledge about .NET Technology will be an advantage
* Having knowledge about SQL Server Business Intelligence would be an
advantage
* Having knowledge about other Business Intelligence tools would be
an advantage
* Knowledge of data warehousing concepts
* Experience using Bex reporting tools
* Experience in creating BW cubes and update / transfer rule
* Experience in extracting data from SAP R/3 and alo non - SAP data
sources
* ABAP skills
* SAP Portas skills
* Xcelcious developer skills
* Crystal reports developer skilss

General Requirement:

* Male / Female max 30 years old
* Bachelor Degree with major Information Technology with Gpa min 3.00
* Having a good interpersonal skill and a good attitude
* Ability to work under pressure
* Ability to learn a new thing by himself/herself within short period
* Ability to think out of the box when solving a problem
* Responsible, fast learner, self driven personality, willingness to
work hard and learn new areas
* Strong problem solving, research and presentation skills
* Minimum 1 full BW lifecycle implementations
* Knowledge of mining company and core SAP R/3 modules (FICO, SD,MM,
PM and PP)
* Moderate ABAP skills required for transformations and variable exits
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
