AIDA Consultant is A Human Resources Management Consultant which one
of it service is Recruitment & Professional Provide (Head Hunter)
Services. During our growth business, we need a high performance
person who can fill the position:

RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT / ASSESSOR

Responsible in delivering assessment process to all candidates
preceded by the firm, conduct end to end recruitment process
(interview, psychological assessment, behavioral interview, LGD, etc).

Qualifications:

Male / Female, max 35 years old.
Has accomplished psychological profession (psychologist) / Magister in
Psychology Degree (Preferred).
Able to conduct Assessment Process
Detail Oriented
Able to arrange Psychological Evaluation & Assessment Report
Wide knowledge in psychological assessment tools & methods
Has minimum 2 years experience.
