Training Manager

Responsibilities:

Design, deliver, & coordinate training programs, including
motivational campaign & promo materials, to build high performance
sales culture.
Design & coordinate sales drive to promote competition & recognize
achievement (tangible and intangible rewards).
Track & communicate sales performance & achievement through varies of
channel to create sales competition.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales training programs
(including campaign, promo) to ensure the ROI is in place.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree from a reputable university
Possess min. 5 years of training experiences, preferably in insurance industry
Possess good presentation & interpersonal skills
Has good conceptual & writing skills
Able to work independence with little supervision
