PT Matahari Kahuripan Indonesia (MAKIN Group), a rapidly growing
company with its location spread in all over Indonesia, is the holding
company of numerous subsidiaries involved in various sectors of
agribusiness, including palm oil, reforestation, timber estate, and
clove plantation.
The company is now seeking a highly qualify candidate for the position:
GENERAL MANAGER – TECHNICAL
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Responsible for oversee three or more palm oil mill's operation,
optimize throughput, minimize losses, maintain product quality,
maintain machine condition and control cost of production.
REQUIREMENT
* Bachelor Degree from Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical Engineering
with GPA min. 3.00 from well-known university
* Min. 3 year experience as General Manager Mill or 5 year as Mill
Manager in Palm Oil Company
* Have strong leadership and good interpersonal skill
* Able to work independent in underpressure circumtances
* Placement in Sumatera and or Kalimantan
