Strategic Planning and Improvement Manager

Currently we are looking qualified Candidates for our Client;
Consumer Good Manufacturing as a :

Strategic Planning and Improvement Manager
(Jakarta - Bekasi)

Responsibilities:

Involved in business improvement and strategic planning measures
Able to coordinate with people of different functions, as well
coordinate activities and targets to the team involved
Assist in ad hoc projects requested by Management
Ability to conduct research and interpret/ analyze data to extract
underlying trends for causes
Translate formulated strategy recommendations into actionable blueprints
Formulate, initiate and implement development programs with the
objective of sustainable and profitable business growth.
Lead, manage and improve business processes and manage change
initiatives including developing change strategy and plan

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
Required skill(s): experience in change management program, familiar
with six sigma, Good communication in English and good interpersonal
skill.
Required language(s): English
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is
required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Bekasi.
Preferably Managers specializing in Manufacturing/Production
Operations or equivalent.
Full-Time positions available.
Salary Range : IDR 20 million/month
