Account Supply Manager
Job Description
Generally be responsible for supply project delivery E2E: including
bidding attending, project negotiation & review, project fulfillment,
project close;
Organize the project supply solution review: push the project supply
responsible to set up the project supply solution on time and organize
region and HQ relative dept. to review;
Project supply risk and key problems management: recognize and
forecast, monitor and close project supply risks in advance and key
supply problems;
Supply solution deployment and testify: push the deployment of supply
solution, monitor project fulfillment regularly, upgrade and close the
key problems or risks, push the quick solve of key projects important
problems.
Monitor project delivery progress, notify contract fulfill status and
risks and push the problems solving and close on time;
Summarize the project’s experiences and lessons, abstract the typical
cases for study and publish; share the experiences with other relative
dept. inside supply chain through project summary meeting etc.; make
sure the relative materials are filed completely;
Candidate Requirement
Bachelor Degree is necessary
More than 5 years working experiences in supply chain functional
department (including orders, logistics, procurement fulfillment,
planning etc.
Working experience in Telecom industry is more preferred
Able to spoken and written in English, Chinese Language is preferred
Pressure bearable
Obey the rules of Company and can follow or push to solve problem
Proactive on business processing.
Know well about Indonesia Customs all levels key officer and good
capacity to build good relation with Company.
Able to dedication, continuous improvement, openness, Integrity, team work.
