We are currently taking applicants for the following position:

1. Superintendent – Plant Area, Satui Project (744869)& (744692) for
Sangatta Project

• Recognized Trade and / or mechanical engineering Qualifications or
ex TCI Apprentices Experienced in mining heavy industries is
essential;
• Ten (10) years experiences in mechanical repair and supervision in
the mining industry, planning of mechanical repair;
• have previously worked to budgets;
• Should have knowledge of welding procedures;
• Familiar with mining heavy equipment (Dump Truck, Excavator, Grader,
Dozer);• Understand people management; has strong leadership, organize
and provide direction to employees good communication skill;
interpersonal skill; be able to interact & adapt with others
departments;
• Able communicate in English and computer literacy.

2. Senior Supervisor – Plant (744082)

• Recognized Trade and / or mechanical engineering Qualifications or
ex TCI Apprentices Experienced in mining heavy industries is
essential;
• Minimum of 5 year experiences as Mechanic Supervisor;
• Should has experienced in mechanical repair and supervision in the
mining industry;
• Planning of mechanical repair; have previously worked to budgets;
• Having strong motivation, able to lead, organize and provide
direction to employees, supportive, communicative, and able to work
under pressure are preferred character traits.

3. Engineer – Mining (743251)

• Degree in Mining Engineering or associated discipline;
• Have at least 2 year experiences in surface coal mining;
• A working knowledge of Mindscape and Xpac computer software it s a must;
• Required to demonstrate good management and communication skills.

4. Senior Supervisor – Tyre (593958)

• Recognized Trade and / or mechanical engineering Qualifications or
ex TCI Apprentices Experienced in mining heavy industries is
essential;
• Should experience in Tyre Management;
• Planning of tyre repair; good man management and communication
skills; good innovation; conflict resolution; numeric accuracy; be
able to lead, organize and provide direction to employees, and able to
work under.

5. Senior Engineer – Mine Planning (737368)

• Bachelor degree of Mining;
• A minimum of 4 years experience as Mine Engineer in the area of
mining industry;• Proven skills in Mine Scheduling tools utilizing
software such as Mindscape and Xpac will be an advantage;
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, good analytical and
focus on detail;• Excellent communication skills in English both
verbal and written; and computer literate.

General Qualification:

• Good in communication in both written and spoken English;
• Highly self-motivated and strong analytical skills, team player;
• Good in computer.

All position will be based in Kalimantan.
