SMART is a subsidiary of Golden Agri-Resources Ltd ("GAR"), which is one of

Singapore Exchange. SMART also manages all of GAR's oil palm plantations,

Strategic Planning Manager

*Responsibilities:*

- Involved in business improvement and strategic planning measures
- Able to coordinate with people of different functions, as well
coordinate activities and targets to the team involved
- Assist in ad hoc projects requested by the Managing Director of
Strategic
- Ability to conduct research and interpret/ analyze data to extract
underlying trends for causes
- Translate formulated strategy recommendations into actionable
blueprints

*Requirements:*

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related discipline
- Min. 5-7 years of experience in similar role
- Good command of English, ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage
- Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills
