For this objective we wish to recruit dynamic, highly motivated and
committed candidates for future leaders in our several business units.
Senior Fleet Manager
*Responsibilities :*
- Lead, plan and organize medium size fleet operation to achieve
operating budget and set performance criteria
- Take leading role in operational as well as strategic planning to
achieve Company’s objectives
- Prepare and implement most optimal fleet scheduling
- Prepare and oversee implementation of best practice standard operating
procedure and safety
- Ensure the availability and readiness of the fleet personnel, support
equipment, tools and workshop as well as the training of the fleet personnel
and the maintenance of the fleet, supporting equipment and tools.
- Analyze fleet operational performance against set operation criteria
and propose continuous improvement initiatives
*Requirements:*
- Minimum 8 years of experience as fleet operational manager preferably
in the Agribusiness / Mining related Industry
- Exposure to Transport / Logistics / Heavy equipment Management is a
plus
- Bachelor’s degree of any major
- Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and capable of working under pressure and tight
deadlines
