Production Superintendent
(Jawa Timur - Surabaya)

Responsibilities:

To manage safe & efficient production of the manufacturing plant and
ensure plant efficiency and employee productivity are continuously
improved.
To lead production team through Continuous Improvement and Operational
Discipline, and driving DuPont Core Values Excellence.

Requirements:

Min 7 years experience in manufacturing and operations supervisory
positions, pereferably in agrochemical / chemical industries
Min bachelor degree in chemical / mechanical engineering from
reputable univesities.
Strong interpersonal and communications skills to promote team building.
Proficiency in spoken and written English communication.
Possesses strong leadership and management abilities.
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision & guidance.
Excellent computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office
