COUNTRY HR MANAGER FOR JAKARTA
(range salary IDR 60-70mil/month)

ü Leads a team of Individual Contributor (ICs) and/or Manager Is
by enforcing and setting performance goals and objectives, allocating
business areas of responsibility to Human Resources (HR) Generalists,
and ensuring consistent delivery of corporate programs and policies.

ü Sets expectations for program delivery across different
businesses and/or geographies; ensures consistency within teams.

ü Partners with business and human resources leaders within a
large country, group of countries, or region to develop targeted
program solutions for different geographies.

ü Leverages superior knowledge across the human resources
functions to consult with leaders and provide guidance on highly
complex human resources programs.

ü Identifies areas for program improvement and contributes to
country or regional HR Generalist strategies.

ü Ensures compliance with current legal and regulatory
environment; identifies potential compliance issues and recommends
appropriate solutions.

ü Identifies consequences of country, regional, or global
program delivery and develops appropriate solutions to ensure business
needs are met across geographies.

ü Influences and negotiates with very high-level executives
(e.g., Vice President (VP), Senior Vice President (SVP)) in difficult
situations; represents HP to internal and external stakeholders, such
as works councils and unions, to communicate key issues and support
contract negotiation at the country level.

ü Manages priority projects that impact employees in multiple
countries, regions, or businesses; very adept at managing change
initiatives across broad and diverse employee bases.

ü For employee relations roles, manages a portfolio of the most
complex cases and advises team on the legal and financial risks
involved.

ü Is accountable for impact analysis and program review of the
success of program deployment and business partnerships.

ü Scope can be at the large country, regional, or global level.

ü May set overall strategy development on a regional level.

ü Leads priority projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Experience Required:

First-level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced
university degree preferred.
Typically 10+ years related experience in cross-functional human
resources areas.
Typically 2+ years supervisory experience.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

Complete human resources knowledge, with multiple areas of functional
specialization.
Excellent knowledge of the current legal environment in local geography.
Superior financial and business acumen.
Superior project management skills.
Superior communication skills, including both written and verbal forms
catered to a wide variety of audiences.
Consulting, influence, and negotiation skills.
Strong relationship management skills.
Ability to lead a project team and partner with stakeholders outside of HR.
