Our group is one of the world-largest natural resources based
companies with operations in Indonesian archipelagos. One of our
subsidiaries in Coal Mining is currently expanding and looking for
highly qualified candidates to fill the following position:

1. General Manager Civil (Code : GM Civil)

Requirements:
• Minimum S1/S2 degree in Civil Engineering,
• Minimum 10 years experience in mining industry with minimum 5 years
in managerial level as Project Manager Civil/General Manager Civil,
• Have experience in Infrastructure, Construction, hauling road,
bridge and port,
• Have “Keahlian Pelaksana Jalan “ certificate is preferred,
• Good analytical ability and have a good problem solving,
• Having good leadership, general managerial, project management, good
analytical and problem solving,
• Be able to adapt quickly,
• Fluent in English both oral & written,
• Computer Literate in using MS office and Civil software is preferably,
• Well understanding about mining operation (design, production,
facility, equipment, man power).

2. General Manager HR & GA (Code : GM HR & GA)

Responsibilities:
• Manage recruiting process,
• Manage GA,
• Manage Performance Management process,
• Evaluate leveling and comp-benefit standard.

Requirements:
• Min. S1 Degree majoring Management/Psychology/Law from reputable university,
• Have min. 5 years experience as General Manager HR & GA, or min. 10
years applicable experience in managing HR & GA in Mining Industry,
• Have knowledge and skills to handle Industrial Relation, Personnel
Management, General Affair, HR Site Coordination,
• Excellent leadership skill,
• Must have excellent planning and organizational abilities, Good
interpersonal and communication skills, honest, target oriented, and
high analytical skill,
• Able to work under pressure & Able to work independently as well as a team,
• Able to maintain good relationship with the other related party,
• Fluent in oral & written English,
• Computer Literate in using MS Office, HRIS Software and Internet,
• Willing to travel.

3. Production Department Head (Code : PDH)

Requirements:
• Male, max 45 years old,
• Minimum S1 Degree in mining engineering,
• Minimum 7 years experience in mining industry with minimum 5 years
in managerial level as Production Department Head,
• Computer Literate in using MS office and mining software such as:
minescape, minex and surpac,
• Minimum POM certificate,
• Well understanding about mining operation (design, production,
facility, equipment, man power),
• Good knowledge about HSE / K3 procedure,
• Able to maintain harmonious relationship with local and central
government related to mining policies and procedures as well as CSR,
• Fluent in English both oral & written,
• Willing to be located in site : South Kalimantan.

4. Maintenance Department Head (Code : MTC Dept Head)

Requirements:
• Male, Minimum S1 Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering,
• Minimum 7 Years Experience as maintenance in mining industry with
minimum 3 years in managerial level as Maintenance Department Head,
• Have Experience to handle project and having good planning skill
(Preventif Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance),
• A mature, self starter person to work hard, smart to achieve the
goal, and must be a good team player,
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills,
• Fluent written and oral English,
• Computer Literate in using MS office and others related software
(Autocad, etc),
• Willing to be located in site : South Kalimantan.

5. Community & External Relation Department Head (Code : Com Dev & ER)

Requirements:
• Minimum S1 degree in Social, Communication or law,
• Having at least 7 years experience in related activities with
minimum 3 year in managerial level,
• Possess good leadership and managerial skills and able to perform
and work as a team,
• Possess good knowledge in mining safety and environmental regulation
and able to deal with internal and external issues associated with
mining operations,
• Possess good ability to attract, develop and maintain good
relationship with local, communities surrounding mine area through
regular visit and development projects,
• Possess good ability to face and handle demonstration/road blockage
by community through elegant approach to the crowd and its leaders in
order to find out the issue and the root of case,
• Possess strong capability to develop and maintain communication and
relationship with local and regional authorities,
• High integrity, dedicated and team work oriented,
• Willingness to work in south Kalimantan.

6. SHE Supervisor (Code : SHE)

Requirements:
• Minimum S1 Degree in Environmental Engineer or equivalent,
• Minimum 3 years experience in coal mining industry,
• Having POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certificate is preferable,
• Fluent in English both oral & written,
• Well understanding about mining operation,
• Good knowledge about Safety/K3 procedure and regulation, and
environmental management,
• Has the ability to draft health, safety and Environment (HSE)
strategies, plans, programs, policies, system & procedures as well as
lead, manage, and support their implementation,
• Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and
organizational skills,
• Willing to be placed in site.

7. Stake Out/Resurvey (Code : Survey)

Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed surveys of mine operation,
• Preparation of plan from field survey,
• Understand to do survey & data process by manual & computerized system,
• Scheduling and conducting the mine survey by using total station
instrument (Total Station, Theodolite, etc).

Requirements:
• Minimum STM Tambang or D3 Geodetic from reputable University,
• Minimum 2 years experience in coal mining industry,
• Knowledge of mine planning and survey related software,
• Ready worked in remote area.

8. Hauling Road, Repair & Maintenance (Code : HRM)

Responsibilities:
• Monitor road maintenance and improvements works according to the
specifications required,
• Plan to use proper heavy equipments for road maintenance,
• Road cost estimation and evaluation.

Requirements:
• Minimum D3/S1 graduate in civil engineering (structure/construction)
or relevant disciplines,
• Minimum 2 Years experience in the hauling road construction &
maintenance is preferably,
• Good knowledge in heavy equipment operational and road maintenance,
• Able to operate computer (Ms. Office, AutoCad),
• Ability to use survey equipments,
• Will be placed on site.

9. Senior Geologist (Code : GEOS)

Requirements:
• Male, Min. S1 Geology from reputable university,
• Minimum 5 Years experience as geologist,
• Having a Good Knowledge & able to use geological software, is a must,
• Will be placed in site.

10. Quality Control & Blending Supervisor (Code : QC)

Responsibilities:
• To provide the coal quality and processing plan which guides the
mining operation in alignment with the clients coal requirements.
Paramount in this is the profitability of the mining operation.

Requirements:
• Minimum S1 degree in Mining Engineering or Geology,
• Minimum 3 year experience in a similar role at coal projects as Coal
Quality Control,
• Knowledge and understanding of clients, consultants, suppliers &
subcontractors,
• Good communication skills and analytical thinking,
• Computer literacy,
• Will be placed at site.
