PROPERTY MANAGEMENT DIVISION OF AGUNG SEDAYU GROUP IS LOOKING FOR

Building Control Inspector

(Jakarta)

Responsibilities:

Supervising for renovation process and building plots in order to
conform with the permit has been issued.
Executing non conformity renovation process.
Solving environmental complain of renovation.
Reporting renovation data to Housing Manager monthly.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in
Civil Engineering or Architecture from reputable Universities.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is
required for this position.
Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Engineering -
Civil/Architecture.
Strong capabilities in computer program such as Ms. Office and Autocad.
Age between 25-35 years old.
