Management Trainee – Operation (MT - OPR)
You will be developed through the ACC Management Trainee Program (AMTP) for about 8 months, consists of in class & on the job trainings. AMTP is a fast track program, designed to provide basic knowledge & direct practice in our core business to prepare trainees as management associates.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree (GPA min. 2.75) / Master degree (GPA min. 3.25) from reputable university from any disciplines
Max. 27 years old
Fresh graduates or max. 2 years experience
Students who will be graduated in next 2 months are encouraged to apply
Strong academic background from any disciplines
Energetic, having business sense & drive for result
Proven leadership skill in extracurricular activities
Proficient in English
Willing to be located throughout Indonesia (is a must)
