Recruitment Manager
Report to Country HR Manager, this position will be responsible for :
Responsibilities:
To ensure an appropriate recruitment and selection method as well as
placement a visionary employees who have values and capabilities as
required to support the business growth are well implemented and aligned
with organization’s strategic plan.
Qualifications:
▪ Bachelor degree in Psychology, Preferable Psychologist
▪ 5 years of experience in recruitment and selection area
▪ Having experience in handling recruitment activities
(advertisement, job fairs, campus road show, etc.)
▪ Strong knowledge and skill of Psychology tools as well as
professional report
▪ Min 3 years of experience in managerial level related to HR
Functions
▪ Preferable having experiences in managing high turnover
condition
▪ Preferable having good networking in supply chain community
▪ Preferable having experiences with Labor Supply Company
▪ Proven leadership, pro active, team work, self discipline and
“Can Do” attitude
▪ Fluent in English both oral and written
▪ Good MS Office Skills
