ACCOUNT PAYABLE ADMINISTRATOR

Basic Function

· Logging Vendor invoices

· Processing Vendor invoices

· Tax reporting of Withholding Tax Art 23 and VAT

· Preparing Monthly AP Accruals

· Telecommunication billings

· Third party billings

· Coordinating office Stationary and others requirement

· Recording Accounting Manual Entries

· Petty Cash Custodian

· Batam AP Help Desk
