Vocational Training Center Business Facilitator

in poverty. Wahana Visi Indonesia has been working for more than 15
years, employing more than 800 staff in the programs and serving 1,400
of the poorest villages.
Wahana
Visi Indonesia is a local humanitarian organization that implements
most of World Vision programs in Indonesia. World Vision is one of the
world’s largest international Christian humanitarian aid organizations.
It has been working in Indonesia for more than 50 years and focusing on
programming effort on health, education and economic development across
transformational development, humanitarian emergency affairs and
advocacy ministries.
Wahana Visi Indonesia is currently seeking the following positions :
1. Christian Commitment Coordinator (Code : CC )
Location
: Pontianak, Kalimantan
Major Roles:
To develop and integrate initiatives that nurture the spiritual formation
of World Vision, the development of partnerships with churches, Faith
Based Organizations (FBOs), and the faithful expression of holistic
Christian witness which contribute to the flourishing of children, their
families and communities so that they are equipped for sustained
transformational development in Kalimantan Region.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in educational and theological training and biblical
understanding
-major in counseling, church growth or management and
leadership
-Min. 5 years proven church / Christian leadership experience
-Good networking skill
2. Vocational Training Center Business Facilitator (Code : VTCF )
Location
: karubaga, Wamena
Major Roles:
To
support the achievement of VTC Program on developing contextual model
of life skill education for young children in Papua. This will be
done by developing business planning and strategy; searching for
potential markets; and facilitating business pioneering and job seeking
for the trained and graduated participants.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Economics,
Business, Management, Agriculture- Preferably 2-3 year experiences of managing agricultural programs and small business development program- Have good facilitation, negotiation, and analytical skills- Good in communication, teamwork and cooperation-
Have experience of developing product, market and feasibility analysis
(especially of agricultural products, livestock and crafts)
3. Public Acquisition Officer - Mass Channel (Code: MASS)
Location : Jakarta
Major Roles:
To promote Wahana
Visi Indonesia’s program in raising awareness to support the whole marketing
strategies to fulfill the children needs in our area development program
through media especially digital media.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor degree in Business/ Commerce or any related degree with marketing experiences
-
Min 3 year experience in Marketing & Promotion
- Knowledge of Marketing & Promotion, commerce and media trend especially social media
- Good communication & promotion skill
- Creative and innovative
4. Web Officer (Code :WO )
Location : Jakarta
Major Roles:
To implement Wahana Visi Indonesia website, maintain contents, assure
quality and support marketing strategy of Donor Acquisition Unit of
National Resource Development (NRD) that are in line with Wahana Visi
Indonesia's strategy, to bring its brand as a child-focus, professional.
committed, accountable and responsive Christian humanitarian
organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree (S1) majoring in Information Technology..
- At least 3 years proven professional experience in website management and development
- Strong web design skill.
- Knowledge of Flash, Adobe Creative Suite or other design tool and experience in HTML, XHTML, JavaScript, CSS, PHP, SQL.
- Willing to the travel and work in the field for a long period of time and/or in a short notice.
- Good English Language ability ( verbal and written).
5. Finance Shared Service - Regio
Papua
Location : Jayapura, Papua
Major Roles:
Provide
service for financial system, data, technical & accountability and
provide financial report with analysis for cash and project financial
report & performance within the region.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Accounting
- Min. 3 years experience in NGO accounting system
- Able to operate & create report by sunsystem (preferable)
- Able to operate & create report by vision XL & Vision Executive (preferable)
- Good analytical skill
