Monitoring & Evaluation Officer
Responsible for monitoring and evaluation activities of the Country Office projects especially the USAID funded projects.
Provide technical assistance and support to government and non-governmental partners on national health information systems.
* Develop Performance Management Plan (PMP) and implement monitoring and evaluation processes of USAID funded project.
* Collect and analyze data from units and provinces for monthly, quarterly, semiannual and annual reports including coordinate units and provincial teams on planning, collection and reporting of appropriate M&E results.
* Provide technical assistance and support to national and sub-national partners e.g. Provincial and District Health Offices (DinKes), District and Provincial AIDS Commission (KPAD), NGOs, etc.
Minimum Requirements:
* Bachelor or Master with more than 5 years’ experience in area of strategic information.
* Familiarity with database design and maintenance
* Ability to work in a multi-cultural context with national and international partners of varying skills and levels; as well as able to work under tight deadlines.
* Excellent oral and written communications skills both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
* Familiarity with USAID M&E processesis a plus.
