Adaptasi Perubahan Iklim Dan Ketangguhan (APIK)

DRIVER

   
Adaptasi Perubahan Iklim Dan Ketangguhan (APIK) proyek adalah program lima tahun yang didanai oleh USAID (USAID) yang berbasis di Jakarta dan dilaksanakan oleh Development Alternatives, Inc. (DAI).
Kami sedang mencari DRIVER yang akan berbasis di 3 region, yaitu: Ambon, Kendari, dan Malang, dengan tanggung jawab dan persyaratan sebagai berikut:

Tanggung jawab termasuk tetapi tidak terbatas pada:

  1. Merawat kendaraan, termasuk cek rutin, kebersihan dan bahan bakar
  2. Mencatat kegiatan harian secara akurat sebagai laporan administrasi
  3. Mengatur jadual kendaraan dan agenda perjalanan sesuai kebutuhan
  4. Memberikan transportasi yang aman bagi staff project yang melakukan perjalanan dinas.
  5. Memastikan untuk mengikuti aturan berkendaraan yang berlaku baik dengan DAI maupun aturan sebagai pengendara.
  6. Bertindak sebagai Office Assistant jika yang bersangkutan berhalangan
  7. Melaksanakan tugas lain atas permintaan pimpinan termasuk, ke bank, kantor pos, mengantar surat ke mitra project dll.

PERSYARATAN

        Minimum SMU
        Memiliki SIM yang masih berlaku
        Pengalaman setidaknya 5 tahun dalam kapasitas yang sama
        Mengenal dengan baik ke 3 daerah regional APIK dan sekitarnya

World Food Programme


World Food Programme, Indonesia invites applications from the eligible candidates for the following position:

Position            : 2 (Two ) Drivers
Post Grade       : SC2
Starting Date    : 1 January 2016
Duration          : Initial 6 months with possibility for Extension
Contract Type   : Service Contract
Duty Station     : Kupang (1) and Jayapura (1), Indonesia

Accountabilities:
Under the supervision of Head of Field Office, the incumbent of the position will be responsible for the following duties:
  • Provide reliable driving services by using assigned transport means for the transport of authorized WFP staff members, officials and visitors as per authorized routing following UN safety and security rules and regulations; Deliver and collect goods, mail, documents and other items;
  • Meet official personnel at the airport and facilitate immigration and customs formalities as required;
  • Take care of the day-to-day efficient maintenance of the assigned means of transport, check oil, water, battery, brakes, tires, etc.; Perform minor repairs and arrange for other repairs and ensure that the vehicle is kept clean and in good running condition at all times;
  • Responsible for the efficient and economical working, safe custody and use of WFP vehicles, and for all related equipment; Ensure that vehicles maintenance is regularly done in accordance with appropriate schedules;
  • Log official trips, daily mileage, gas consumption, oil changes, greasing, etc;
  • Produce weekly records of mileage travelled and tonnage moved;
  • Negotiate, liaise and coordinate with local authorities to facilitate vehicle movements in designated areas;  
  • Follow established rules and regulations for field deliveries and/or in cases of an accident, and report immediately to the supervisor on any apparent problems, to seek for instructions and facilitate informative decisions on the way forward;
  • Outside driving duties, perform basic office related tasks such as filing, photocopying and maintaining stores when required including delivery/collection of various items, mailing service and payment of office telephone and other bills to ensure administrative support to clients.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Qualifications and Experiences:

Education: Completion of secondary school education; formal drivers training with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Experience: At least two or more years of work experience as a driver; safe driving record.

Knowledge &Skills:


  • Knowledge of driving rules and regulations, chauffeur protocol and courtesies, local roads/waterways and conditions, and security issues.
  • Knowledge of the vehicle loading capacity and other parameters.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and safety equipment (e.g. fire extinguishers, safety devices, first aids etc.).
  • Basic skills to assist in case of emergency, knowledge of first aid basic methods.
  • Knowledge and ability to use radio, email, telephone and other applications.
  • Ability to assess vehicles for mechanical fitness and skills in minor vehicle repairs.
  • Ability to demonstrate a client-oriented approach, high sense of responsibility, courtesy and tact.

Language: Fluency in both oral and written communication in English and Bahasa Indonesian.

Through its projects, Swisscontact works to enable access to professional training, promotes local entrepreneurship, creates access to local financial service providers and supports the efficient use of resources with the goal of successfully promoting employment and income generation.  Based in Zurich, Swisscontact is now active in 27 countries and has some 800 employees.
The Sustainable Cocoa Production Program (SCPP) is a large Public Private Partnership (“PPP”) in Indonesia which was established in January 2012. The Project is financed by the Swiss Secretariat for Economic Affairs SECO, The Sustainable Trade Initiative IDH, the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, the International Fund for Agriculture Development IFAD, and six Private Sector Companies from the cocoa sector for the duration from 2012 – 2015. The Program works directly with 60,000 cocoa farming households in six Indonesian Provinces to improve farm productivity and livelihood conditions.
For our Swisscontact SCPP-Program in Indonesia, we are looking for :

Overall Task
Driver bertanggung jawab atas ketersediaan dan penggunaan kendaraan roda empat bagi kegiatan proyek dan bertanggung jawab atas kebersihan, keamanan dan kenyamanan kendaraan proyek.

Communication, supervision, and Reporting:
1.       Bertanggung jawab mengantar dan menjemput Country Director sesuai dengan permintaan dan penugasan dari Country Director dan Admin Manager.
2.       Melayani karyawan Swisscontact dan tamu dalam penggunaan kendaraan proyek yang berhubungan dengan kegiatan proyek sesuai petunjuk dan penugasan dari Admin Manager.
3.       Mengantar dan menjemput karyawan Swisscontact  atau tamu ke dan dari bandara atau tempat lainnya yang berhubungan dengan kegiatan proyek sesuai petunjuk dan penugasan dari Admin Manager.
4.       Memelihara dan mengisi buku Logbook kendaraan dan melaporkannya secara berkala kepada Procurement Logistic Officer dan Admin Manager disetiap awal bulan.
5.       Membantu kegiatan penyelesaian administrasi kendaraan baik yang berhubungan dengan pihak kepolisian, DLLAJ, asuransi maupun instansi terkait lainnya. Memastikan STNK, Pajak Kendaraan dan SIM masih dalam masa berlaku.
6.       Mencuci dan membersihkan mobil secara teratur. Memastikan kendaraan selalu dalam keadaan bersih, aman dan nyaman.
7.       Memeriksa kondisi dan perlengkapan standar kendaraan, termasuk Ban serap, kotak P3K, kotak sampah, tabung kebakaran, payung, dan lain sebagainya dan menindaklanjuti apabila memerlukan perbaikan.
8.       Membantu tugas-tugas lainnya sesuai dengan petunjuk Admin Manager.


Education/Qualifications
·         Membuat laporan jika terjadi kerusakan dan atau kehilangan kendaraan yang menjadi lingkup tugasnya.
·         Mengajukan permohonan perbaikan/reparasi kendaraan yang menjadi lingkup tugasnya kepada Administration Officer dan Procurement Logistic Officer.
·         Melakukan kerjasama dengan seluruh unit terkait.


Experiences, Skill, Knowledge
·         Tamatan SMA/SMK/STM;
·         Memiliki SIM A/B1/Umum
·         3 tahun pengalaman sebagai Supir training and development)
·         Jujur dan dapat di percaya dan rajin bekerja
·         Dapat bekerja dengan team/program
