Joint our client, a European Logistics company in Indonesia, is now
looking for discipline, honest, hardworking, responsible, and
committed person to fill the following position:

Document Server Supervisor
Jakarta Base)

Responsibilities:

Supervise 2 staffs of Document Server
Supervise the invoices and supporting documents are correctly done
and filed
Assist Account Receivable or Sales to provide the proof of dispatch
of the invoices and documents when requested

Requirements:

Male/Female
At least 5 years experience in sea-export freight forwarding company
Computer literate
Excellent in English is a must
Honest
Pro-active and problem solving oriented
Flexibility and ability to adapt to a changing environment and to
approach challenges with creativity and resourcefulness
Willing to work long hours and able to work under pressure
He/She will be stationed in Jakarta
