SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER / PROJECT DIRECTOR

Main Responsibilities:


Management of projects by establishing the project team and implementing
telecom network projects in various countries
Overall project management including client relationship and vendor management,
and managing the project Schedule, Budget and Quality
End-to-end management of projects, including all aspects of Project Planning,
Project Implementation, Project Control, and final delivery of projects meeting
customer expectations of Time, Quality and within Budget
Management of Human Resources
Financial management including project payments and invoicing; project
receivables and billings
Collaborate with Account Managers and Marketing Management to explore and
develop strategies to expand sales/business opportunities
Provide project management consultation and training to junior staff members

Main Requirements:


Bachelor¢s degree or above in Telecommunication / Electrical / Electronics
Engineering or related field of study. MBA holders preferred.
Minimum 8 years project management experience in Telecom industry, with at
least 3 years as a senior project manager
Full knowledge and experience in the application of professional project
management methodologies
Effective management, negotiation and budget control skills
International professional recognized PM certificate, such as PMP, would be
desirable;
Good Client Management and Relationship Management skills;

Able to work independently in a fast-paced changing environment

Able to communicate effectively in English, proficiency in Mandarin would be an
added advantage

PROJECT MANAGER OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICE

Job desc:
- Responsible for successful project delivery, in view of
quality, progress and cost
- Responsible for customer satisfaction in Huawei service
project delivery
- Organize project teams member to fulfill Huawei
responsibilities with all due care
- Organize project team members to fulfill Huawei internal
regulations and targets
- Prepare regular reports, gathering and summarizing data
including information updates
- As the communication bridge between Huawei and customer
regarding the professional service / basic service delivery

Requirements and Competencies:
- Bachelor / master degree in telecommunication / computer
science / engineering, with min GPA 3,2
- At least 5 years working experience in telecom/ enterprise
industry domain.
- Previous project management experience required, ideally in
a service delivery or system/network integration environment
- Have deep understanding for the whole telecommunication
network, including CDMA, GSM, Optical Transmission, Microwave Transmission,
Core Network, A & S, etc
- People management skills / experience, excellent team
player
- Project planning, tracking, financial management skills
- Strong interpersonal, problem solving, analytical and
communication skill
- Customer negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills required
- Fluent English, Mandarin is preferred.


GM OF CUSTOMER SUPPORT SERVICE DEPARTMENT

Job Desc:
- Responsible for setting the objective of the maintenance
operation and improving the customer satisfaction
- Responsible for overall planning of maintenance business,
the human resources planning and deployment at Representative Office
- Responsible for delivery of maintenance service in
accordance with contract requirements, responsible for guaranteeing the network
security and operation stability, responsible for ensuring the maintenance
delivery quality.
- Responsible for the final resolution of technical issues at
Representative Office
- Responsible for the rational planning and deployment and
efficient management of spare parts in Regional Divisions
- Responsible for the service requirement management and the
service delivery for the third-party auxiliary equipment (outsourced
equipments) with the service quality guaranteed
- Responsible for the collection, studies, and the feedback
of operator¢s maintenance requirements and maintenance model changes

Competencies and Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years experience in telecom industry about
technical support management aspect
- Min. bachelor degree in IT background or above
- Teamwork, easy going and cooperative person
- Determined, can work under great pressure
- Customer oriented
- Fluent in English, mandarin is preferred

DEPUTY MANAGER OF MANAGED SERVICE DELIVERY DEPARTMENT

Job Desc:
- Responsible for the delivery result of managed service and
customer satisfaction regarding Huawei managed service
- Responsible for the managed service planning, human
resource planning, and service implementation
- Responsible for the network safety and running stability,
responsible for establishment of customer network oriented managed service
architecture
- Responsible for the popularizing and implementation of
company operation & managed service process and service criteria
- Responsible for the contract-based management of managed
service delivery; responsible for the solution of customer network problems and
the coordination among product teams, responsible for construction and
improvement of the capability the SLA-based service delivery

Competencies and requirements:
- Minimum 8 years experience in telecom industry about
managed service management or technical support management aspect
- Bachelor degree in IT background or above
- Teamwork, easy going and cooperative person
- Determined, can work under great pressure
- Customer oriented
- Fluent in English, mandarin is preferred

DEPUTY DIRECTOR OF PRODUCT SERVICE DEPARTMENT
Job Desc:
- To construct the organization structure and running
procedure as the first PIC of Optical & Microwave / VAS / Wireless / Core
Network TSD
- To communicate and guide with the employee about the
organization movement, like responsibility and work method. To ensure the
business can be launched efficiently via performance management and planning
management
- Be responsible for constructing the resource pool of
subcontractor and our own, bring up suitable person for key position
- To organize or attend important work of representative
office and control the risk and key point, like organization movement,
important project, network quality guarantee, important upgrade and cutover and
so on
- To communicate routinely with surrounding department,
answer the market and service requirement quickly and be responsible for the
satisfaction

Competencies and Requirements:
- Min 8 years experience in telecom industry about Optical

aspect

ASSISTANT SERVICE DIRECTOR
Job Desc :
- Gather and analyze Rep Office¢s service requirements from
customers, work out the services plan for customers, organize the
implementation or technical service business, achieve Rep Office business
targets, ensure customer satisfaction level, support market stability and
development.
- Be responsible for implementation of company ¡s delivery
and service system in Rep Office, monitoring and controlling the operation of
delivery and service system, ensure Rep Office working efficiency in terms of
human resources and operation
- Build engineering delivery platform, by using project
management methodology, organize operational implementation plan of engineering
delivery, achieve engineering delivery target
- Establish Rep Office technical support platform and
customer¢s problem management platform, provide high standard service to the
customers, ensure this Rep Office customers¢ problems obtained in-time and
efficient solution
- Organize collection, analysis of network equipment running
status (including the competitors¢ equipment and customers¢ requirements,
report the analysis result and give suggestions to the company in terms of

Competencies and Requirements:
- Min 5 years experience in telecommunication industry and 3
years experience in team management
- Have a good knowledge in telecommunication network; have a
great engineering management skill and technical support working experience;

- Posses a great leadership skill; have a good team work and
coordination skill
- Great in management plan, active coordination and

SERVICE DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Job Desc:
- Produce required sales revenue across industries in high
growth cities
- Proactively manage business relationships with high and
medium size customer
- Lead the account team to focus on building trusted
relationship and increase their Huawei footprint
- Effectively and proactively selling comprehensive solutions
in specific industry sectors
- Develop new revenue stream in industry solutions

Competencies and requirements:
- Bachelor degree
- Minimum 5 years telecommunication commercial experience in
sales with global vendors or IT solution leaders
- Proven track record of relevant achievement in sales
- Clear understanding of telecommunication market and major
service product
- Good leadership, excellent interpersonal skills and
negotiation skills are required
- Aggressive, passionate, high self driven
